I only loved the location, breakfast was decent.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were cleaned daily. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. I higly recommend this hotel.

It was very comfortable accommodation, purely 4 star hotel with a possibility to stay with a dog. Clean, modern and located in a very close to the beach location. Easy check in, parking with a key left for Parkman. I don't have any disadvantage reg. this place. There is a small outdoor Swimmingpool but we haven't used it (we prefer go to the See coast). On the beach hotel has their own sun loungers with umbrellas. easy to find (just 100 m from hotel entrance). The rooms themselves very good equipped.

Lift - very slow and always occupied. For us it wasn't a problem despite that we were at 4 floor. But for people with small kids and disabilities might be a problem. Just a comment without any impact to the excellent hotel service.Very bad WI-FI I assume because of hotel capacity. If you are going to work from the hotel - might be a problem.

Breakfast was satisfied. open buffet. 2-3 kind of cheese& hams, vegetables, fruits, yogurt , cookies and sweets. I gave this good point because of personal and cleaning ladies. They clean room better than my mom :D personal were very nice and helpful

Bed, bed and bed. Could not sleep at all because of uncomfortable bed. When you move it just noisy of coil spring. They MUST change this uncomfortable beds. Also I could hear snoring of next room. So noise isolation was not good. Paid approx 150 euro a day, for me overpriced.

For several years now we have been coming here for a few days to relax by the sea and only stay at this hotel. We really like it here: great breakfast, friendly staff, private beach within walking distance, what more do you need for a family holiday on the coast? It is very good that the hotel has its own bicycles, as there are excellent bicycle paths nearby that lead to very picturesque places in the vicinity of the city - to the canals and channels of the Venetian Riviera

Every time I worry whether there will be a place in the hotel’s private parking lot for my car, but fortunately, the alarms were always false - there is a place, although you need to park carefully. I would also like to get a room with a direct view of the sea, but I have not had any luck yet, however, I have never written such a request to the hotel staff.

This is my second year coming to this wonderful hotel. Excellent location, just three minutes from the sea, wonderful staff - everything you need for an unforgettable holiday

Excellent location, pool and good breakfast. It was a nice surprise a pool party on Saturday, with drinks and snack food, we really enjoyed it. The staff is great, very polite and communicative, always smiling.

Walls are paper thin, we coludn’t rest and get a good sleep, the walls are so thin that we colud hear literally everything from other rooms.

Like for me it should be a good 3 star hotel, maybe 10 years ago it was a 4 star hotel. Modest breakfast, with no choice of vegetables except cucumber and tomato. this hotel needs a better management and good handyman because things are falling apart inside the rooms.

very good breakfast, very close to the private beach, sunbeds and umbrella included, comfortable parking place close to the hotel in case the parking directly at the hotel is full

poolparty with horribly loud music until 11.10 pm (fortunately only once), shower very narrow

great location, very friendly and supportive staff. interesting boutique hotel.

there is nothing in particular that we fid not like. may be cuisine could be more versatile, but it still quite good.

near the beach and clean swimming pool,staff is friendly and amaizing, you can ask the reception anything you want and they will help you if they can.definitely coming again for next visit of Jesolo

Breakfast ends at 10 (a bit too early for my family's hoiday rythm). We had a bit of trouble with the cleaning of our room, mostly caused by new people, who didn't speak anything but Italian (hense could not get the message - please come a bit later)

The airco worked well, the hotel was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the location was great.

The staff mainly spoke italian and german, it was difficult to get information in english. The breakfast was same every day, no variation. The room was small.

Breakfast was closer to continental than you get usually in touristic hotel in the region.

The coffee was quite bad. There was no variety - after couple of days it is getting boring. I would expect a bit more from 4 star hotel

Location is nice, very close to the beach and to city center.

- Not clean. Our room was dirty when we arrived especially the bathroom so we had to change our room.- There are no blankets, there were only very thin sheets. - The elevator is super slow. You can waste 15 minutes just standing and waiting for the elevator to arrive.- You can‘t spontaneously decide to eat in the hotel‘s restaurant, you need to book one day in advance, which is not practical and not comfortable.- Old furniture and facilities. - You need to leave your car keys at the reception because there isn‘t enough space for cars and all of them are parked in a way that they are blocking each other. - Some staff members were not friendly. - Swimming pool is small.

Location close to the beach.

No internet from wifi in our room (#602). Had to go outside.Juice for the breakfast was just terrrible (too artificial).

The attitude from the staff was wonderful - they changed the room according to our request. The location was very convenient - very close to the beach and the evening promenade.
