Good position, good staff, breakfast, parking was close

AC stuck at 23C, tv controller was a bit broken, asked for a queens bed but just got two attached single beds

Everything about this hotel is great. The staff is great and eager to help. The rooms are super clean, every day the room was cleaned and towels changed, bed is mega comfortable and the breakfast is amazingly good.The parking in front the hotel is almost nonexistent. They have like 8 places and costs 20e per day but this is disclosed after you made your booking. Still they have places inside a huge parking place like 3 minutes from the hotel so it’s not a problem. Those who complain are snobs because it’s incredibly close!It’s a great hotel and i would definitely come back!

We booked a double room and we called in advance to ask if we can book it and stay with a 1 yo. They said yes and said it costs 10 extra euros. At checkin the receptionist asked for 15 euros and after i ssaid we already talked on the phone they said ok on 10 euros. Not a huge problem but the randomness and lack of transparency would be a con. Still a great hotel!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful and thoroughly enjoyable. Everything exceeded our expectations! The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Our room was beautifully clean and very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. The location couldn’t be better, just a few steps from the stunning, expansive beach. We will definitely return for another stay. This hotel is truly a hidden gem in Lido di Jesolo!

There is nothing I can mention now where the hotel can improve their strengths.

Excellent location, free parking is not far from the hotel, the breakfast was extraordinary.

We loved our stay at Hotel Greif! The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, which made it perfect for relaxing seaside days. The hotel offers great facilities, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of options to choose from, providing a perfect start to the day. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we can't wait to return!

There wasn’t much to dislike, but if I had to mention something, it would be that the Wi-Fi connection could have been a bit stronger in some areas. However, it didn’t detract from our overall experience!

The room was very small for 3 people for a long stay. Only 2 night stay for us so it was OK. There was the tiniest fridge that I have ever seen on the wall. Hotel restaurant was only open for breakfast. It may be due to the end of the season ? not sure.

It's a nice little hotel very near to the beach. The room was confy and clean. Breakfast just superb!! Very good coffee :-)) The staff were friendly and forthcoming. Free parking a few steps away. Free umbrellas on the beach.

Very close to the beach, umbrella and sunbeds on the beach included. In the center of town - close to shops and restaurants, but could not hear the noise of the city. Good breakfast, free bike hire, balconies with seating. Small car park at the hotel and a large car park a little further on included.

Small minibar - difficult to cool drinks.

The room is comfortable, the breakfast is amazing, it is super well located and close to the beach. The staff is super friendly and helpful!

There could be a ramp to access the hotel for strollers rather than the elevator.

- Chairs and umbrellas sell out pretty quickly, especially ones closer to the ocean- Parking is offsite (3 blocks away) and costs 20 euro per day - this was not immediately clear or stated at all on the site

The breakfast was fantastic and has exceeded all of our expectations. There was a variety of traditional sweet italian breakfast (at least 10 different options including croissants with pistachio cream), but you could also have scrambled eggs, veggies, fruits, prosciutto, cheese, pizza, granola, you can order any coffee you'd like and even have processo for breakfast.The breakfast lasted from 07:45 till 11:00.The room was very nice and cosy, every day we've got fresh towels and could use the bicycles for free any time.We have used the parking 150 m from the hotel, but whenever we needed to pack/unpack, we just parked right in front of the entrance for that time, so it was totally fine.When we needed to wash our clothes, it was solved in a couple of hours, the staff in general was very friendly and professional above all expectations.

My only suggestion would be to improve wifi connection, it wasn't always working appropriately.

Staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for guests. Rooms were small for costs but well furnished and modern. Kept exceptionally clean.

Shower was tiny and you couldn't have a shower without battering your arms against the screen. .Despite having paid for an upgrade to a superior room with sunbeds on the balcony, we were shown a room with one sunbed and no sun on the balcony until probably about 4.30-5pm and that would disappear about 6pm due to the buildings adjacent. We had to pay a further 115 euros to get a room with two sunbeds and sun on the balcony. Shocking.

Hotel Greif is situated in a quiet little back street moments from the beach. The parking is secure and accessible. It is modern, has a feel of a hotel greater than 3 star. It has stylish decor and unique light fixtures. It backs on to the beautiful gardens of Hotel Casa Bianca. The window view creates a sense of calm, while eating breakfast in the mornings. The variety was fantastic and good value for money, a very extensive and delicious range. The breakfast area is breezy, luxuriously spacious, and well attended. The staff are exceptionally helpful - both hospitality and reception. The room comes with a set of deck chairs on the waterfront. The balcony of room 109 was the best for relaxing in the evenings. The room was kept immaculately clean. The shower was powerful. There was a safe, a small fridge on the wall, and good connectivity (Wifi). The air con works well. The location of this hotel was very convenient and whilst in the centre of a busy town , the little backstreet wasn't noisy. There are free bicycles. We would definitely come back! Thank you!!!

It was a little pricey for a 3-star hotel but certainly stood out amongst the rest, so perhaps it was a fair price to pay for high season (end of August). There was an issue where the payment method (HSBC VISA card) was not accepted initially and I was told by booking.com that my reservation may be lost unless I entered an alternative card option. When we arrived however the hotel staff helped resolve this issue, the payment was taken from the 2nd card and whilst the transaction was pending on the 1st card for a few days and the money had been allocated on my HSBC account, it was returned in full within 72 hours. I have yet to contact my HSBC Bank and Booking.com directly as to why the card was not suitable, so as far as I am aware, it was by no fault of Hotel Greif, they were supportive and reassuring us that no duplicate charges would occur. All went smoothly at check out.
