Excellent location in city Centre with direct access to sea, very friendly and helpful staff, clean and good facilities, including new spa and swimming pool

Parking is a bit tight, but it’s free and the process is well managed by the hotel administration. All in all parking is a general problem in that area

Hotel was nice, room small but nice and clean. Loved the shower! Balcony was great. We were missing only a coffee machine/ teas in the room. staff was friendly, breakfast was good

Amazing location! The breakfasts were absolutely delicious. The rooms were cleaned daily. There’s free parking with a friendly gentleman in a light uniform taking great care of the cars – such a kind and helpful person! All the hotel staff we met were truly outstanding. The area around the hotel is very peaceful, and there are plenty of places nearby for lunch and dinner (the hotel also offers meals, though we didn’t try them). We especially recommend the "Albatross" restaurant just a short walk away — definitely worth a visit! If I ever return to Jesolo with my family for another holiday, I will surely stay at this hotel again!

Loved everything: from the architecture to the staff, from the breakfast with a sea view to the possibility to get your own fresh pressed juice. Whenever, we needed help, the hotel supported and answered questions. Everything was clean. Everything looked new, the bed comfy, the bathroom with its shower was great and the food tasty. Short walking distance to the beach, shopping street, other restaurants, cafes nearby.

The small fridge in the room was too light, which was situated nearby the bed and the light couldn‘t be switched off. For someone who needs or loves to sleep in the dark it‘s disturbing the sleep. Also, the parking situation was a bit tricky but the staff great and very helpful!

Very nice hotel, well equipped, very clean; wonderful staff; perfect breakfast. Definitely nothing to complain! Even the parking was well managed!

Everything. The hotel is well designed with exceptional flows between your room the restaurant the pool area and the sea. Shopping is easy too, and the car was well cared for. Just excellent all round

The hotel was so clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the restaurant was classy and food good. The pool area was fantastic the best I saw as i walked along the front. Close to the main area for food and shopping, beach was amazing.

A kettle in the room, luckily i knew there would not be one so took my own, and ,maybe al little more space, we had a double and a single bed in our room but only needed a single

Nice spacious room, hotel close to all local facilities and the beach.

Hotel bar could have been made better and separated from the reception area as don't have any atmosphere.

Everything was lovely, the room was cleaned everyday. Bright rooms with balcony. Decorated beautifully throughout.Fantastic breakfast buffet.Immaculately clean through out the hotel and to the pool area. Staff so friendly, expecially Matteo the pool bar guy and the night receptionist (forgot his name, sorry) x Perfect hotel to open your eyes to on your 60th Birthday.Will definitely return, perfect hotel, on a beach with a street away from restaurant and shops.What more could you ask for. Happy days ?

Modern decor, fab location, great staff, wonderful beach.

There’s 6 tables at pool that were never used when we were there. There were several times people were looking for loungers and parasols. Tables are wasted space IMO

I will try to keep my review very factual because I realize that my disappointment might result in a too emotional review1. Customer service in the morning- the young lady in the morning was great. We got there too early so she allowed us to leave our luggage in a room next to front desk and showed us how to get to a tour. She was very patient and provided a map with clear instructions as to where to go and times for the bus.2. Customer service via booking.com chat - very helpful. Answered questions asked including coordinating taxi pick up next morning.3. Breakfast is superb. They have like a buffet type with plenty of options, delicious and hot as the chef is right there seeing what needs to be done and when.4. Location. The area where the hotel is at is pretty cool. Lots of rest walking distance 5. Wellness center looked decent but can't provide details as we weren't able to use it

1) swimming pool isn't to standard for a 4 star hotel2) beach is way too crowded. They have sooooooo many umbrellas that you feel like part of a cattle in a farm. They supposedly reserve umbrellas for you but that doesn't mean you will be at a good spot. We had soooo many ROWS of umbrellas in front that we barely could see the beach was there.3) breakfast starts at 730 which is kind of late if you have an early flight. It is also open just like 1 hr so there is not much flexibility. The same applies to lunch and dinner. Dinner is also kind of late so we ended up just eating somewhere else.4) room is HOT!!!! I have no idea what is going on. Either their A/C isn't working properly or they have it controlled at a too high temp (which you can't change)5) they have no generator. They lost power which is out of their control but one would expect a 4 star hotel to have a generator. We had to go down 5 floors with all our luggages :D6) they were making a fuzz for 4 euros (some sort of tax) because they had no power and therefore no system to charge on credit card. We had an early flight so couldn't wait for them to resolve. Luckily we found some coins... 7) bed is very uncomfortable, only one pillow provided and the room is TINY. The view to the beach isn't great.In summary, based on my weight of pro and cons, I would NOT stay here ever again. It is incredibly OVERPRICED. Not at all what one could expect from a so call 4 star hotel.

Hotel is beautiful, clean and close to the sea. We loved free parking and umbrellas at the shore. Breakfast is great and the restaurant has a great view to the sea. We travelled with dog. The hotel is really dog friendly.

The bike park (not e-bike) needs upgrading.

Everything was perfect. Free sunbeds on the beach, delicious breakfast, friendly staff.

Lovely self service breakfast. Friendly staff. Rooms spotless and quiet. Lovely fresh modern decor and stylish pool area. Couldn’t fault it.

Parking space. The wifi password was not on the room book, because the first page was missing from it so we could’t use the wifi.
