Good breakfast, lot of fruit, big plates at lunch and dinner, friendly staff at the reception and in the restaurant, close proximity to the sea, the hotel is located on the busiest street, plenty of bars & restaurants, shops and supermarkets, parking is nearby

Small bathroom, no kettle or Coffee machine, no refrigerator, small table in the room, very slow elevator

Nice place, room is ok, bed / matras is excellent!

Too few seats at the pool and especially for booking.com customers the seats at the beach are not included in the price, as they are for ‘regular’ guests.

Location for beach and night life perfect

Super nice hotel.We stayed a few nights to enjoy a bit of sun and relax. The breakfast was lovely, pretty big with lots of choices. The rooms were especially clean. The staff was all super lovely and friendly, particularly Mr Donato which kept us company and gave us great advice!Next time we’re in Jesolo will definitely come back!Thank you!

Cleaning room service after 5-6 p.m were last 3 daysHotel’s staff forgot to remind that 1 bottle of water during free dinner need to be paid, so after check out you need to pay big checkHorrible doors noise from guests rooms and staff who clean rooms, so if you try to take a nap be ready. Conditioner from last age work only in one temperature range, that very uncomfortable in summer with +35(+40). Also WiFi work good in early morning and after 6 p.m., I believe it’s not so bad but it hast to be informed before booking

The room was not sound proof and the noises in the corridor very early in the morning were very unpleasnt thing to wake up to.

Very clean and well kept. Friendly staff at reception, breakfast and housekeeping also very helpful. The location was right by the beach, shops and restaurants. The pool was lovely, very quiet and peaceful when we went. A decent breakfast with a good range of options. There were free bikes to use. We also got a room upgrade which was a nice surprise!

New sunbeds are desperately needed, it took us a while to find ones that weren’t broken. There is one lift for the whole hotel which is only big enough for 4 people maximum, so we spent a lot of time waiting for that.

Outdated rooms, Wi-Fi not working, when we booked our stay it was written that sunbeds on beach are included but when we arrived it was said that they charge 10€ per day. It wasn't really clean. A lot of mold everywhere in the room. Water in the pool was freezing cold. There were algee on the tiles of the pool. At dinner time we had to wait for 20 minutes to even be able to order our drinks and get a menu for dinner.

The location was ok, the boy from the reception was very nice and helpful, but the management of the hotel offered us a very unpleasant experience.

We didn't like the room, it was very old and very small, not too clean, no facilities and it was in the other building, not in the main hotel, as we booked. No elevator to the room, acces very unpleasant. We should have stayed more nights, but we decided to cancel after first night, as we didn't feel good at all, we payed triple room, but the sofa didn't have sheets and we used the room as double. The owner of the hotel wasn't kind and she was even arrogant and unfair. Definitely not come back and not recommend this place for a nice staying in Lido Di Jesolo.

Inconvenient TV placement. We were given a room with an extra bed, we would prefer a table and chair instead.

One of the 2000 hotels in Lido di Jesolo, not very different from the rest. What impressed me most was the attitude of a single person at the reception desk - an elderly man, who took great care of the guests, although he did not speak English quite well.

Our reservation explicitly stated three single beds room, we were charged for a three single beds room, but we were accomodated in a queen size bedroom. No refund on behalf of the hotel and not even a try to see the difference between one bed for 2 people and 3 single beds. And no option for WiFi.

The restaurant menu is excelent.

The dogs are welcomed but bot on the beach! The only beach where the dogs are allowed is 5 km away and requires extra driving and cost with parking and beach umbrella renting expenses.

I didnt like window facing to the main street. Durring night it can be noisy. Lucky we have been o 4th floor.
