Almost Everything. All the ladies there always greet you with smile... The Location is fantastic. The Pine Trees ,the Hammocks, the swings, ferry lights, it has a whole different charming vibe....I requested for my Anniversary Decor upon arrival.. They charged a decent amount and did a good Job.. Thank You to the team for that....

There could have been more utensils in the kitchen. The room could have been warmer or the heater ON when we reached there.. It took us almost 2 hours to get that started after requesting the staff but that was all OK after that until we checked out if u look at the good sides this is negligible...

Spacious, clean villa and it’s very quiet, green area—perfect for families. Check-in was smooth, parking was easy, and the garden/outdoor space was great for the kids. The staff were wonderful; Ms. Daria was exceptional—welcoming, kind, and incredibly responsive, helping us quickly with anything we needed throughout our stay. She truly made our visit feel special.

Honestly, everything was fine. Just note that if you don’t like calm, countryside vibes, this villa might not suit you — it’s truly peaceful and quiet.

She goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels valued and cared for and her dedication is evident throughout the hotel. The combination of her leadership and the staff’s commitment to service creates a truly unforgettable experience.The hotel’s location is ideal close to everything you might need. The food was delightful, adding to the overall charm of my stay. Nothing, all good.I wanted to bring up a couple of small maintenance items. It seems that the door hinges could use some oiling to reduce the noise, and it might be worth considering a change of the door look set for a quieter atmosphere.?

Swimming pool, outside garden, near supermarket and restaurants, cooperative staff. We enjoy barbecue.

Old building and facilities. Villas are close to each other, glass windows are not shaded, so the privacy is limited.

The pool is pleasantly warm, making it enjoyable to use.You can enjoy breakfast right by the pool, which adds a relaxing touch to the morning.The breakfast was generous in portion and quite good.The place felt safe throughout our stay.The staff were very friendly and welcoming during our visit.

•The kitchenware was noticeably old and rusty, which made using it unpleasant and unhygienic. (They changed it when I showed the kitchenware to the staff)•The damage deposit has not been released even after more than three weeks. The property did not respond to my messages until I found someone who could contact them in Turkish. Even then, they failed to provide any proof or reference number confirming the release of the hold. This was handled in a very unprofessional manner. (UPDATE: They are helping me now and following up with their bank)•The “private” swimming pool was not private at all. The pool cleaner entered without notice or permission, and staff frequently walked into the pool area unannounced. The pool area is not gated, meaning anyone can access it at any time. This lack of privacy was a major issue.•Although the villa includes a driveway, it is not gated, and multiple delivery trucks ended up parking there. We had to guide them away ourselves. Moreover, people standing on the driveway could clearly see into the pool area, further compromising the promised privacy.•Orange juice was not included in the breakfast. We agreed to pay extra, but were then told it was unavailable.Will I go there again? Maybe! They showed me during checkout that they have a large villa, completely private.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay.Our villa (villa with garden view), newly built with a peaceful garden view, was thoughtfully designed with a fresh, modern aesthetic and came fully equipped with everything we could need—from a barbecue grill and a complete kitchen to a washing machine for added convenience. There are also a few small local shops nearby, along with an on-site café.What truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding hospitality. Mehmet Bey kindly helped us with our luggage using his electric cart, and the entire team—Lara, Qamar, Ayşegül, Nur, Sara, Derya, and Seher—was incredibly warm, attentive, and thoughtful, checking in daily to ensure we were comfortable. The level of care and service we received was truly exceptional.

The only negative is that the car park is not at the villa so someone has to carry the luggage

The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering helpful tips and making sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay, would name few to thank Shams, Ayşegül, Lara and Qamar and entire team welcomed and cared as their own guests.We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious, quiet escape – we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

The area was beautiful, and child-friendly. The food was like homemade mommy food!Great for families with a peaceful landscape.

The hotel has a friendly management and staff, all of whom are women. This gives the place warmth and a beautiful character. The location is close to all the family’s needs. We were very happy with this choice.

An absolutely incredible stay! The location itself is breathtaking—surrounded by nature, with stunning views of the mountains and the Sapanca cable car. Waking up to such scenery was a true delight. But what truly made this experience unforgettable was the staff. They were beyond amazing—exceptionally kind, always available, and incredibly attentive. Their level of service was simply outstanding, making me feel valued and cared for at every moment. A perfect blend of beauty and hospitality. I would return in a heartbeat
