Pros +
- No luggage transfer service had to work long with our heavy luggage in narrow staircase alone
- The staff, only the staff was kind
- The Lady at the reception was so good that I can not express in words and the food she cooked herself was amazing. Everytime I go to Sapanca I will stay and recommend this hotel to everyone. We were provided a bicycle as well to go around in the town. Such an amazing experience staying at this place. Do not forget to eat pasta and the burger lady recommends
Cons -
- Near railway and sound and direct to the lake
- The rooms were extremely humid, and the floor lacked heating, which made the stay uncomfortable. Upon entering, it took at least 60-75 minutes for the room to warm up even slightly
- matrix not comfort , noises from neighbour,
