the slides open at 12 which is after the checkout time so you will not benefit from it and close at 5:30 which is bit early in summer and very close to the check in time!

For the value of money, the room was very small, in addition, there was a very rude waiter in the restaurant buffet, he treated us badly, I complaint to the reception staff, the waiter did not apologies, but the reception staff were very polite and they apologised for his behaviour

We like the aqua park and the pool, the staff was good, specially Mohamed the Egyptian guy in the reception, the food was good. The room was little small but it was good.

They don't know English, and the problem was with the AC, it was not cooling, but the good thing the weather was good, so it was not a big broblem.

The hotel was very quite and clean special thanks for Mr. Mohamed who was very helpful and so nice

I was having difficulty in finding a taxi

The hotel had lots of good facilities, some of which wasn't functional due to season and weather since it was cold. There was a nice spa with indoor pool. We stayed in a Villa, it was large and cozy but access was a bit hard and I had to keep an eye on the little kid. Had all necessary appliances except for water boiler to make milk for babies or tea. The hotel and restaurant staff were great, especially the receptionist who arranged a late dinner because we missed it. WiFi was good. Rooms had AC. Heaters were everywhere. Water was hot. Soaps and shampoo were fantastic.

In the Villa, if you have small kids, say 3 years old, you'll have to be careful not to let them walk the staircase by themselves. The gas cooker wasn't in service so we had to heat up water in the microwave. TV channels were not good for tourists, especially for kids. Our landline wasn't working. Some electrical connections needed attention. The price was high but that's due to eid (bayram) season.

Nice stay mainly with Aqua park facility for kids, big 2 beds, nice green area

Breakfast is very medium, Aqua park start till 12.

There were no liquids soap and shower liquids, need to be check after any cleaning room
