Cons -
- The sound isolation is not perfect, my wife couldn't sleep because of a baby crying next door, she was worried that something wrong had happened to the mom, it seems the mom was very tired that she woke up late to take care of the baby. No USB plugs.
- I had 3 rooms, the twin room 207 had the light switch behind the pillows and the light will turn on during my kids sleep. I wish there were USB outlets in the rooms for convenience as our plugs are of American standards.
- Noise : not isolated well from other’s room , configuration if the beds clashed with electrical switches ( specifically for 3 beds room any movements it operate the lights)

The staff is very flexible.
The location is far. The breakfast is very limited. The bathroom is very small and the drains are blocked. The hotel isn’t 4 stars..
Location
There is no sound insulation between the rooms. We were joining the rooms next to each other. The pillow was very bad and caused me neck pain. The room entry card must be activated every day. You have to go down to the reception and activate the card, which was very annoying to me. Also, the internet. We had to enter the passport number every day to activate it.
Spacious room, good location.
Breakfast could be better.
Breakfast was amazing. Nice clean hotel in a lovely location.
Comfortable and clean. Adjoining restaurant has a great breakfast and room service options for other meals. Not centrally located, but convenient for visiting the university.
Walls are thin, so I could hear my neighbor's television.
Room was spacious and clean. As per the hotel staff, the hotel opened its doors 2 years back. Fourniture is still new.
The breakfast was good. But no varieties. It could have been better. It's being served in an external coffee and pizza shop near to the hotel. It's Just connected into the hotel itself.
Location very good
The bedroom is very bad is small for my size my foot is longer
The room, hotel, breakfast is exceptional. The hotel is very clean and offers great amenities and services. There are plenty of food options and supermarkets nearby.
The location is far from the city center. The staff is not good. They have zero compassion. They don't accommodate you for anything.
We enjoyed the stay in the hotel, all decoration was wonderful, rooms are spacious, lobby is nice, parking slots were available
One staff’s behavior
The location is great and the rooms is so big and the hotel is very clean
They dont offer coffee at breakfast you need to buy it
Friendly staff nothing else
It’s not even one star hotel , there isn’t any water in the room for my friend that he was crying for it .
The place is super clean and smell is greatCar parking is availablebreakfast is served in a nice view restaurant good size roomscomfortable beds
The room doesn't have tissues!!
Its a new hotel in the heart of sakarya. Very clean and comfortable my family loved it. The staff was very professional and helpful especially Güven he helped us with te transfer to and from the hotel he also helped us rent a ca which made our trip more enjoyable.
Nothing actually.
Everything except the air-conditioning system
The air conditioning set by the reception only and cannot be modified by guests.During my stay it was set to heating and it was too hot.
never do it again!!
rooms are partitions not real rooms, the hotel is one expo separated with partitions with no sound isolation. So, everybody hears the other talks!!Also, breakfast worth only 5$ max, so don't rely on it.the staff doesn't speak English (hardly)!totally, price is very high compared to quality!!!
very cleanparking available nicely decorated a small shopping mall is nearby
I really like the location, the hotel is nice and comfortable.Close to many restaurants and markets in the area, The room was amazing and has balcony..Breakfast was good ..Relaxing staying..
Parking lots are limited, only one elevator available. Bathroom wasn't amazing the sink clogged many times..There wasn't any water hose ..
