Room was nice - clean and quite big.

It’s overpriced. The quality and service do not match the price. I believe that on other local websites you can find the same options much cheaper.The pool was okay; however, in the adults’ pool, kids were running and jumping, which is not ideal when you want to relax.Breakfast and dinner were disappointing — I expected better quality and more variety, but it did not meet expectations.The hotel itself is quite outdated and requires renovation.Maybe NG Enjoy is a better option, as it is the same price and located next to it.

Not our first time in the hotel and not our last for sure we enjoyed our time as we did the last three times great for a couple or a family or a group them food options are more than we except and the kitchen team are doing wonderful job the room size and the view + the hotel facilities are excellent

We always get a confusion when we want to check in with our room type as if we booked a king bed they tell us that we didn’t or they don’t have it and when we show them the booking the fix it and the same with the room size if this happens once or twice we will say its a mistake but this was in three time in a row !

Some bugs from the forest are in the rooms, they are aware and trying their best when you inform them; they send people to clean

Clean room with a nice view, great lounge, located directly inside a forest.

Loud people noise coming from the hall during night. Room was small. Lighting was not available only for reading books.

Housekeeping. They don't refill the shampoo and boday cream eventhouth I told them to. I haven't had a shampoo for two days.

Their was a worker Their his name is Mohammed or mustafa I am not sure .. but he speaks Arabic I think he is Iraqi I am not sure .. but he was really professional and polite .. and helped us alot with everything we need ... and the place is beautiful with the kids activities and pools.

They refused to provide us with Dental cleaning kit " toothbrush and toothpaste" !!!!!! I mean come on !!!!!!!!!!!

We enjoyed our stay, a calm place in the forest, nice swimming pools, very convenient for children with so many activities, the food was good, staff is friendly and helpful

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in—extremely clean with incredibly friendly staff. It boasts over six swimming pools with various features, including pools for adults, families, and a quiet pool. The food is delicious with a wide range of options. I highly recommend this hotel for families, couples, and friends. It deserves a 10 out of 10

Good food, big rooms, good nature and organization for kids

Price, small bathroom, had to pay for water, did not help with luggage when checked out

Everything was clean and well maintained, including rooms, swimming pools, and all other facilities. Staff including cleaning staff was very nice and welcoming. Landscaping and outside facilities were great. Food was exceptional, including breakfast, teatime, and dinner.This is our third time to stay at this place, and it is getting better and better every time. It is a bet on the expensive side, however, it is well worth it and diffenately, won't be our last time to stay there.

THE AC IS NOT WORKING THE ROOM TO MUCH HOTTHE STAFF THEY ARE NOT SPEAKING ENGLISH

We liked the buffet for dinner and breakfast. Cleaned facilities. Large pools. Mohammad from receptionist is very helpful and showed us around the resort and told us all about them.

The manager of waitresses in dining hall was rude. We came around 10:30 pm when the door was still open to get water. He kicked us out started shouting at us to order room service. This is doesn’t fit in this luxurious resort. The waitresses wanted to gave us water but he told them not to. We went to reception and got water. He should be learn how to talk to hotel guests the best.

only the turkish coffee in the adult lounge and the service at the el carte restuarant (but not the buffet, beacause the staff there were terrible)

the staff at the restuarant were unpleasant (not all of then but the majority). if you are not Turkish or do not speak Turkish, they are ignorant!!! we were supposed to have a vacation and relax there, but that was not what we felt at all. we were so frustrated. Add to this, we had a suite for 2,600€ for three nights which was not worth even less than half the price.

i would like to thank Mr Mohammed and the awesome lady Zeynep for welcoming us with a big smile and help us with everything we need or want. they are always there to help us in anything we want or need. and about the property, the pools were excellent for both children and adults.. the restaurant ( breakfast/ tea time/ dinner) were excellent and a lot of food and all kind of sweets, meat, chicken, vegetables etc.. also the people working there were so good.

the weather was a bit hot during our stay, therefore the AC doesn’t work very well.. other than this.. everything was perfect
