The staff was friendly, location was good and so was the food onsite.

The bed was very uncomfortable :(

Hotel was exceptionally clean. Staff was lovely and very helpful. The breakfast on the terrace was very nice. Also convenient that the bus stop is right outside the hotel.

The hotel was exceptional and the staff make you feel like family. So very nice and the food was fantastic. The sites are beautiful and the location was perfect. Truly appreciated the staff. They are so very nice and helpful. Would certainly return back to this hotel.

Cannot think of something right now. The hotel fit my needs for what I was seeking in my Amalfi experience before visiting family in Abruzzo.

Nice location at a very reasonable price. Wonderful accommodations including a large private outdoor patioFood at the restaurant was amazing- much of it grown on their own property. Everyone was more than helpful from front desk to chef to cleaning staff. It is family run and you see how much everyone cares We ate there both nights of our stayBreakfast that was included was the best of our first 11 days in Italy Vincenzo and Chef Daniel made our trip extra special This was our 2nd visit here and it was 5/5 across the board both times

Everything was great, i just wish the bed had four pillows instead of two.

All of the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to help us plan a surprise proposal that took place on their lovely lemon terrace. We made family memories here that will last a lifetime. Not to mention the fantastic food, which featured locally sourced seafood and produce from their garden. I would highly recommend Hotel La Pergola to anyone who wants an authentic Amalfi experience with gracious hosts and amazing food.

I stayed here with 3 other friends and we really enjoyed it. The hotel provides daily breakfast which was a nice addition. They served eggs, bacon, fruit and an assortment of delicious pastries. Not only was breakfast great we also visited the hotel restaurant twice for dinner and it was amazing, highly recommend! Also there is a bar which we visited many times for great drinks try the limoncello!! Our room was great size for 2 people. Very comfortable and clean. The hotel is right in front of a bus that takes you to the center although sometimes wasn’t running at time we needed so we opted to walk down which was about 25 mins. The walk seems intimidating at first but after we did it wasn’t that bad plus beautiful view makes it worth it!

Staff were very warm. Food was excellent. Location outside Amalfi was away from tourists.

So close to road that there was too much traffic noise, especially motorcycle noise.

The staff was wonderful. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were excellent. The terrasse is gorgeous ans do are the cocktails. Everything is very pleasant ans this family owned place is making you feel really welcome.

The location. Not bad if you can walk as taking the bus is really unsure. Often full. So you have to plan really ahead of time.

All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and well equipped.

Nothing with the property itself, but every taxi into and back from Amalfi was a different price, which seemed odd.

The staff there was super friendly. The rooms were super clean. The food was amazing it was delicious. The traditional touch was incredible. Mama Rita "Te lumshin duart" much regards from Kosova.

Great clean property but location is far from the port so it was expensive to get to and from the hotel

The only downside was the uncomfortable bed and the noisy main road right outside our window—we couldn’t even open the window on the first warm night because of the cars’ smoke and noise.

First and foremost, the property is beautiful with sea views and lemon groves that go on forever. The staff were super attentive and made you feel welcome. They were always available to offer advice and recommendations for all your travel needs. The breakfast has so much more variety than your standard "continental" options, offering both American & European fare. The bonus is the hotel owner/chef, Daniele, prepares most of the food fresh, daily. Rooms were super clean and housekeeping tidied everyday. The hotel is located close enough to Amalfi that you can walk (about 25-30mins), which is convenient, as the buses are usually full. I personally enjoyed the hotel restaurant, as I didn't have to worry about traveling back to Amalfi and paying inflated tourist prices for dinner. It was a nice reprieve after an exhausting day. Cannot recommend La Pergola enough, and I am already planning my next visit.

Just a personal preference, but the beds are too firm and uncomfortable for my liking.
