Palazzo Pascal - Amalfi Coast Luxury Experience

The views from this hotel are phenomenal!

The location is 15/20 from amalfi and rovello, and you get completely ripped off in taxi rides. $--- each way is outrageous. Hotel should offer complimentary shuttle rides knowing that¿s why people are visiting. Especially if they want to be 5 star hotel.

Emailing the proprietor beforehand to get car service was an amazing savings. The room was fantastic. Hotel Employee is beautiful and her assistance with the transport system was phenomenal. The breakfast was great the recommendations were all awesome.

My husband and I recently spent a week at Palazzo Pascal while in town for a wedding, and we were truly blown away. From the moment we booked, the experience was exceptional. The hotel management and concierge were warm, responsive, and eager to assist with every detail—even before we arrived.When we reached the property, we were welcomed like family. The level of hospitality here is simply unmatched. The staff are not only professional and attentive but also genuinely thoughtful, often surprising us with small, personalized gifts and gestures throughout our stay—whether it was a hand-written note, fresh fruit, or a sweet local treat left in our room. These little touches made us feel incredibly special and taken care of.The property itself is absolutely breathtaking. Set in the peaceful town of Scala, it offers spectacular views of the Amalfi Coast without the crowds of nearby Ravello. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge between wedding events and sightseeing. We appreciated being slightly removed from the tourist bustle—Scala offers serenity, authenticity, and charm.Our room was newly renovated, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean, blending modern comfort with classic Italian elegance. Everything from the linens to the lighting felt intentionally curated. The common areas of the hotel—like the gardens, terraces, and pool—are equally stunning and well-maintained.Every meal we had on-site was fantastic, made with fresh local ingredients and served with such care. You can feel how much pride the team takes in creating an unforgettable experience for their guests.This was honestly one of the best hotel stays we’ve ever had and it really is a hidden gem in the Amalfi Coast! We left feeling grateful, relaxed, and already dreaming about our return. Grazie mille to the entire team at Palazzo Pascal for making our stay so magical—you made us feel right at home, and we can’t wait to come back.

The hotel is really nice, Located at Scala which is 15 minutes away by a taxi or a bike to Amalfi beaches and center. You can still go down the hell with your feet but it will be a 30 minutes stairs journey. Food, Facilities and staff were excellent.

Staff were incredible. Insanely beautiful views. Complimentary champagne and decorated for our celebration. Robes and slippers were nice touch. Restaurant was delicious with amazing staff. Comfortable, large bed. We felt and were treated like luxury! Front desk staff were so helpful gave us recommendations and links to book travel to our next location. Baggage service was nice as well.

Location was great for a day trip to ravello and other cities. It isn’t walking distance from any restaurant or tourist spots. 10 min drive to ravello was nice. Drivers are available quickly too which helped.

The property is beautiful, the luggage service, reception staff, concierge were fantastic. Stunning panoramic views. We really enjoyed dinner at Gli Ulivi and the breakfast was delicious as well.

We had another fantastic stay here, where we had our wedding in 2022! The staff are amazing and would highly recommend visiting palazzo pascal. 10/10

service was quite bad. its our second time at this hotel, 5 years ago the service was amazing this year it was horrible, long wait for food, no one serving at the pool area, you had to go and chase waitresses. they charge for water in the room which I feel its a necessity not a luxury. the manager was very good and reception staff but the rest not really. I Would NOT get back at this hotel unless they change the service

We loved this hotel! It far exceeded our expectations! We were in one of the new rooms and everything was new and lovely. We had a large terrace with wonderful views. The breakfast was great and you can order omelettes, pancakes etc as well as the continental buffet. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Beautiful property in a unique setting near Ravello. This is a top notch family owned small luxury hotels and the staff treats you like family. We had a fantastic stay.

The location is not good - absolutely nothing at walking distance and the transfers or taxis are very expensive. Other point that was really bad: the do not have window blinds so at 6am is super bright at your room

The environment that is created by the people, the quality of the food and the beautiful surroundings meant we felt ‘at home’ immediately. The rooms were immaculately presented and the ceramics on show through out give the hotel real character.
