- The staff was excellent. Hotel employee was so nice and informative, the best reccomendations! We felt like friends when we left! Hotel employee took very good care of us for breakfast and our room! The parking was easy, hotel employee needed 20 min to take or get our car.
- Location and Staff. Hotel employee was extremely proactive with follow-up and check in as we got late due to train delays. He waited for us beyond check in hours and ensured we were comfortably settled in.

- Initially, it was hard to find the hotel. Lugging the luggage up several flights of stairs was not a highlight.
- Having to walk up the steps every day and getting through the tunnels but not enough to keep us from staying there again.
- The bathroom was a bit below our expectations.
