The view from the room.

Everything besides the view. Worst hotel experience of my life. I already have a complaint filed and escalated. I want some of my money back because this place is a complete rip off.

The staff was lovely and while it was a good distance from the main city and port, the free shuttle was simple to request and very efficient and made the location perfect.

The view was nice. That would be it.

Worst mattress. Rooms don¿t cool. Complementary breakfast was ok. Rooms smelled. You can hear everything. Shuttles constantly late. Staff hardly speaks English. Don¿t stay here

View and breakfast and staff and beach were outstanding. The bed was too firm and shower out of control ¿ hard to manage

Doors to balcony were hard to open.

The hotel shuttle to and from the town center is the only redeeming thing about this hotel

The air conditioning was not on and the manager tried to tell us it was fixed multiple times even though there was no breeze at all through the unit

The staff is outstanding! The views are incredible! The food was delicious! Thank you for providing a free shuttle.

Services, Staff, breakfast, location, view everything is top notch.We enjoyed every bit of our stay here. 100% recommend.

Some items for e.g in the toilet can be updated, as they are outdated. Other than that its a great hotel.

Fantastic view. Great staff. Very good pool and views from hotel restaurants.

Long drive down to Amalfi and beach. Beach was not that great - rocks only.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating . The breakfast buffet was very good.

Location, Beach Club, Shuttle

Breakfast was excellent. Wide variety of foods. Buffet style with high quality food items. View was amazing. Balcony a bit small but functional. Shuttle was a must.

Felt that we shouldn’t have to pay for water. With the change in time and altitudes many people, including us, need a lot of water to combat those issues. Also maybe changing the breakfast buffet menu every 2-3 days .

Breakfast was the gem here

The cost was likely more than it warranted. The property needs modern updates, feels/smells musty. The shuttle system needs improvement with some guests taking spots from those who scheduled.

The view is the highlight of this hotel, and the pool was great too. They also have a small gym, which is a nice bonus. It’s a bit far from the center, but that doesn’t really matter since they provide free transportation every 15 minutes. The staff were also really great.

The food was great, both breakfast buffet and dinner. The staff (bartender) specifically was amazing. The private beach alone was worth the price of the stay and we didn’t mind having to take the shuttle

Overall could use some updating

Fantastic view and lots of open space. Nice pool and gym areas. Common spaces are beautiful.

It is dated and needs updating in rooms
