Location was great convenient to the shopping and restaurant

We were on third floor. Elevator was not working entire auto vacation. We had to drag our luggage to the third floor. It was 57 steps every time we go out we have to go down 57 and we go up 57 steps. I would demand some type of the credit.

Spacious room but we chose a family style room for just the two of us. Clean, good service and location. They also arranged for car service and a dinner reservation which was awesome.

It was extremely noisy in our room. Although you are paying for the location which is walkable to everything easily, you are also just above all of the shops and restaurants. We lost sleep here. I would ask for an interior room next time which would make all the difference.

The location is amazing. It is right next to the Duomo and central to everything (ferries, tons of shopping and restaurants). There is still some work being done on the property but nothing that bothered us.

No breakfast included but that gave us the chance to go to one of the pastry shops nearby every morning for pastries and coffee. It made the stay even more Italian feeling!

Everything was excellent! We stayed at four hotels during this trip and I would recommend it. The hotel was clean, it was less than 5 minutes from the port and bus stop, and it was by all of the beach and restaurants. It also had A/C!

Close to the town square and all the restaurants! Great ac our room was super cold and we can make it a great temperature whenever we needed.

Bed in the middle of the room was kind of weird and shower in the bedroom instead of the bathroom

Great location. Wonderful and helpful staff. I needed to enlist their help with valet parking due to local parking restrictions and once again they were amazingly helpful.

First of all, this is the cleanest place I have ever been in my entire life. Hospitals could learn from this hotel. The level of care on display every day is heartening. The staff is professional and friendly. The room was simple but very comfortable and, again, outstandingly clean. If you want to stay in Amalfi, the location could not possibly be better.

The hotel is expensive, but that is to be expected in this area.

The place is incredible, the reception is very good, and the cleanliness is very good. It's beautiful because it used to be a seminary and they've maintained it very well.

Everything was perfect. The only thing I would mention is that we booked a triple room for three adults and they gave us a double room with an extra bed that was a sofa and really very uncomfortable to sleep on.

The location was great. Close to the lago, boat terminal, and bus stop. Next to duomo. The room was clean and big, exceeded my expectations.

Lighting was great. Room was bright. Charging stations convenient at bed.

I did not like that she could not see out the window. It was very high up.

Super friendly staff and very clean and updated hotel. We had a wonderful room overlooking the square, views of the ocean and stairs to the cathedral. FYI our shower was located in the bedroom so zero privacy to anyone else in the room. Not an issue for us, but if that’s not your vibe ask for a room with a more private shower in the room. Right next to cathedral, but still quiet inside. Short walk from port with luggage. Staff was so sweet and very responsive to anything we needed. Rooms were clean and spacious.

They do not serve breakfast and do not allow any outside food in your room. As a solo traveler I often eat in my room and it was not possible at this location. Especially breakfast.

Location location location. This place is all about the location! Clean, new interior. Keycard/phone room access pending setup it seems as hardware was present but not active.

Wish the room had a lower window to actually look out. Motion/PIR sensors in room are bright at night to the point that we covered them with a bandaid. Ice only available at the front desk. No on-site laundry but service was still offered for offsite so that was good. Highly disappointed that there was no glasses/wine glasses in the room, just single use paper cups. Light breakfast or self serve coffee/espresso would have been nice.

Perfect stay in Amalfi! We arrived early and we were lucky to receive early check in that morning which was great because I wasn't feeling very well that day and I could sleep as needed :) The location was perfect, right next to the Duomo and had great views. The room was clean, spacious, and had great amenities.

Loved the location and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and smelled pleasant. The beds and pillows were comfortable. We did not eat at the hotel.

I really liked the room on the 3rd floor the first night, then the other 3 nights we were on the 2nd floor facing the main st. It was VERY Noisy all night and all morning, unfortunately we did not get a good nights sleep this rest of our stay. I also liked the size of the room and bathroom, much more space and roomy. I wished we had stayed on the 3rd floor or the other side of the hotel, if would have been more quiet and more pleasant
