- For the price of this hotel the beds were horrible hard as rocks horrible to sleep on. Bath room water pressure was horrible reminding me of when I went camping as a kid. Your paying for the view and that's it !!!!!!!
- Shower needs updating, as it is situated awkwardly with the water stream making it hard to get a good shower. Mattress not comfortable. Staff at front desk not friendly or appreciative of guests. Breakfast sparse, not much to offer.

The staff was amazing! The hotel was so clean, great free breakfast, amazing rooftop bar. Sea by the waves was phenomenal. All the staff was so friendly the location is PERFECT. 10/10 we will be back.

My daughter and I stayed here for 4 days and absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The location was perfect just a short walk to the port, lots of restaurants, and plenty of shops.The staff were some of the kindest and most genuine people I’ve ever met. Flor in the kitchen was so polite, kind, and spoke perfect English, making us feel right at home. At the front desk, Luciana and the entire team were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Even the gentleman who carried our suitcase upstairs was so polite and attentive.The rooms were spotless, cleaned every morning, with fresh linens and new amenities each day. Everything felt fresh and well taken care of.I will definitely stay here again when I come back. Truly a 5-star experience in every

The location is great and the staff and service really good. However we stayed on April 15th and went out for a meal when we returned at 9.30pm that evening the bar was closed and we were unable to purchase anything. That was disappointing. We did purchase two 750ml bottles of water earlier in the day and were charged €14 for this. However I think that's just Amalfi prices as we found this part of Italy very expensive.
