Excellent customer service, 5 stars for this people.

We always stay at the Apolo when we need to be in the area. The staff is super friendly, the rooms are clean and all have a balcony and table and chairs to sit outside. Bathrooms are small but have good water pressure and plenty hot water.

The breakfast is o.k. but we skip it and have coffee and breakfast somewhere else. If they changed their coffee and machine for another brand we would probably have it at the hotel. This is the most un-Portuguese coffee we've ever had!

It was just a hotel. Nothing great but clean.

It was a little dated. Not a new place but it served it's purpose.

Perfect location with free parking. Basic rooms but comfortable and clean. Lovely staff, friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast is a little hectic as they are fully booked with young athletes this time of year

Could use a little refresh, but nothing shocking at all, small details. Breakfast offer could be improved.

The hotel exceeded expectations. The staff were all very helpful and the room was clean and modern. The location was very good. We look forward to staying there again.

I would have to be very picky. It was top quality "Ronseal" (UK comment meaning it says what it is).!

Location, location, location. Also Renalto at the reception made us feel very welcome and recommended a choice of 2 great restaurants, one of which, La Cuca made the best fish we had tasted the whole week in Portugal.

Easy to find, 5 minutes walk to the centre of town. Great breakfast good selection.

It’s centrally located, clean and disability accessible. All the staff are kind and helpful.

It would be nice if they would consider serving snacks such as soup/sandwiches/salads in the bar. I understand there are many restaurants around. But there were times when I didn’t feel like going out searching for a place to eat for dinner. Although the bar is open, you do need to ask front desk to get you a drink. There wasn’t anyone working in the bar the few times I went in. But this is also a quiet time during the year when the hotel is not very busy.

Very busy hotel located within walking distance from everything. Good private parking lot. Room was very quiet even though the hotel was full we rarely heard any sounds. Staff friendly and helpful. The room very clean and a good breakfast.

The bar/lounge is a good place to have a meeting but there is no regular service.

Super location, close to train station, shopping, restaurants and historic center. Friendly staff, good breakfast.... nice stay, great price, and definitely would stay again.

The location is excellent, breakfast was good, the usual buffet, room was clean and comfortable, good value.

Hotel is basic but for €60 including breakfast for 2 it's better than we expected ? Brilliant value spotlessly clean lovely staff excellent location would definitely stay again!
