Nice room, centralized, interesting building, great breakfast

No complaints. Stairs to loft bed may be difficult for some, but worked well for us

Place is perfectly located, has free parking and it’s pet friendly. Price provided for pet here (~11€) is per night, not per stay. Great breakfast, fresh vegetables everyday, tea, coffee in the room. All what is needed for short stay.

Room was not cleaned everyday (first day service got us once we have been just leaving the room but they didn’t came back later) and they haven’t exchange towels for all stay :(

Sadly due to the carpet it is very dusty and i had troubles with my allergies. The Offered Spa is connect es to extra cost what's would be ok, if you could use it. I looked because i wanted to się że steamroom ans sauna but i couldnt because the Spa is just a room for Special booking and was occupied already. I added a photo of my sweter which fell on the Floor, its dusty now.

No AC Forgot a drink inside , no telephone work at room !

Our room was spotless, fresh clean towels were provided. Staff was helpful and very professional.

It was extremely hot even though we were provided with a ventilator it wasn’t enough ( almost 28 degrees inside is to much in my opinion).

Close to the railway station, good breakfast, air-conditioned rooms.

No lift at all, but long way to the room.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Convinient free on-street parking.

The stairs to the double bed were too steep. Electric sockets were in strange locations. Breakfast was not so good. Scrambled eggs for breakfast were a bit grey.

Very kind and helpful receptionist. Breakfast was nothing special, but considering the price of accomodation, it was a good deal. Free, protected parking across the street.

Staff, especially Night Receptionist Katka…. She needs a proper training on how to talk to the customers and …. She made a very bad impression…

Staff, especially night reception lady Katka, she demonstrates a very bad attitude, not caring of customers and no clue about hospitality and guest service, she personally spoiled all the impression about the property and our very short stay…..

Sauna in the room

Room with own spa. Haven’t seen this on my travels yet. Dominik was very helpful, kind and friendly. So far the nicest receptionist - and we stayed with you a few times already.

Bed mattress wasn’t very comfortable.

Nice & clean. Good location, friendly staff, good breakfast.

White wine in the mini bar - one of the previous guests opened it (both bottles!), drunk it, filled up with water and closed... Hard to blame the staff for not noticing it.... People are very inventive...

The stuff was super Nice. We loved it we could come in the night time. It is really interesting hotel, with lot of historical things. We also loved breakfast options.

Reception desk does not align with the rest of the hotel. First impression should be ignored. An elevator would have been nice.

it's a two level room, you have to climb up quite steep stairs to get to the bed. Not comfortable at all. In addition you'd bump your head because of the low ceilings upstairs. No Curtains in the room. 5:00 in the morning full of light.
