Location, breakfast

Pillows were really bad. I woke up with back and neck ache every morningThe hotel was shut down very early a few times and there was no sign explaining how to get in.

The breakfast, the silence.

The clogged sink and shower. The fact that the parking was extra charges without informing me.

Location, easy to access, practical garage space. Good room layout and bed. Nice breakfast.

Great location and decent size room (I had a business double). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast must have been okay since I sat there and snacked for 1.5 hours every morning. I think the value for money was very good with breakfast included. There is a bus stop about a 3 minutes away and after figuring out bus system this was very helpful to get around town at a good price. Some very good restaurants nearby in the main part of town.

Bar wasn’t open for the 4 days I was there. Front desk staff were pleasant in getting drinks though.

I was impressed with Melissa's diligence in resolving a difficult to process refund. The hotel charged me an extra night, perhaps due to a communication issue with the hotel after I reduced the length of my stay by one night on Booking.com.

The shower hot water didn't work on a couple of mornings, I suspect that's an unusual occurrence. On the plus side, they handled it well and I was given a 10% refund.

Close to city centre and restaurants and railway station. Staff were friendly and helpful.

No wifi in our room. No cooling in our room. We spoke to reception staff about these issues and were told there was nothing they could do about these things. Smoke alarm with flashing light installed over the bed woke us up all night. We would not stay at this hotel again.

Pleasant checkin and clean and well kept room. Food - coffee service in am was good.

The night time policy and availability of getting into the hotel was problematic AND the concierge arranged for a very expensive taxi for an airport transfer without clearing the price. It was outrageously expensive.

The room was clean and well-maintained, the toilet was clean and fully equipped.Breakfast has a large selection and freshly made items.The location of the property is just outside the pedestrian city center, and in a few minutes, you can reach the train station by walking

Excellent hotel, nice, clean, modern, close to the old city and for thouse, who come with car - there is a very convenient garage right under the hotel.

No restaurant in hotel for travelers arriving after 2100.Pet charge is just another way for hotels to make an extra buck.Breakfast compared to D & C was bad.

The room was not clean. We found a huge spider web and there was a bad smell in the bathroom! There is no variety in the breakfast.

Location and room was comfortable

Reception closed on arrival at 8.45pm on a Friday night and hotel lobby was dimly lit/shut. Car park was also shut. We had to knock on door to get attention of staff member just leaving to be told we didn’t have a booking. Once inside, booking was discovered after much disputing, no apology.

The location of the hotel is very nice, a few steps from the center and from the main roads, so we found it very convenient to stop by for a night while on a longer trip. The breakfast is basic, but sufficient. The hotel offers underground garage for their guests. Our room has air conditioning but it was working like ON and OFF, nothing in between so we could set the desired temperature up. The bar in the lobby was closed. The personnel speaks English. Free baby cradle.

I did not like that the staff at the restaurant was cleaning the plates at our table: the waitress did take our dishes to the kitchen to get rid off the food remainings, she was sweeping off the food from one plate to anoter at our table while we were still eating!

Friendly service, pretty clean, usable mini-fridge, good location - very central, good breakfast, WIFI, comfortable beds, good shower/bath, good taxi-service.Would recommend!

No fly/mosquito net on window

I stayed at thsi hotel with a friend visiting his family in Sankt Poelten. I was highly impressed and surprised by the service we received at the front desk. Specifically I would like to commend Adrian. He went way beyond any of my expectations of a front desk employee; he did everything he could to make our check in (and wait for our room) one of the most pleasant experiences I've had. He even opened the bar for us (the hotel was without a bartender) and additionally served us a much needed beverage. His personality was perfect for a first class hotel in welcoming his visitors - he could have been the hotel owner based on his outstanding service. During our entire stay, he was really an asset to your hotel, and he, almost on his own would induce us to return to this hotel !! I highly recommend that any visitors ask for Adrian and send the best regards from Gerhard from the U.S.

Everything was perfect and I have stayed in many, many top hotels worldwide.
