- The sink in the bathroom didn't drain the water properly. There was damage on the wall in the room
- The furniture is very old, floorboards crack with every step, room was dirty and i even had crumbs on my bed sheets. Staff was non existant, my self checking code didnt get sent so i had to call the hotel and when i asked if they spoke english i got yelled at angrily.
- The room was nor very clean. The furniture was pretty old and the room had a carpet floor where I don’t want to know which dirt is already inside that. The shower equipment was not usable because it was so dirty. The toilet stunk and the tiles weren’t clean.

It was well located in St. Pölten. I liked the self-service check in.

Location was very good. Right near main station.
No kettle or hot water service. Would be nice to have it in room. They had fridge though.
Good location, relatively low price, good WiFi, warm.
Very basic room, there was never any worker at the reception, very thin walls to the neighboring rooms, loud cleaning in the early morning, there was a 10cm hole in the wall of my room.
Location and ease of use
Too old and they didn’t clean the room. The bathroom was not maintained as it should be
The positionThe self check in
The dimension of the bathroom, hard to take a shower if you are over 70 kg.
I do not recommend a stay and will never go back there.
The building is quite old. The floor in the room creaks. The toilet is small and uncomfortable. The shower cabin is narrow. The hot water starts after 2 minutes. There is no parking at the hotel. You can park in front of the hotel in 2 spaces only for unloading for 20 minutes. Then you have to look for paid parking. It's extremely uncomfortable.I do not recommend that anyone put themselves through all the inconvenience we experienced.I am extremely disappointed. The price is unjustified.I do not recommend a stay and will never go back there.
Ubytování má velmi pohodlnou postel a prostoThe beds were very cozy and the rooms were large enough, but that's it...
Booked via booking.com, upon arrival we had no code which is required to enter the hotel self-reception. The hotel personnel was very unpleasant, every request was a big problem. The coffee machine took my money without any response...Breakfast was super small, with only very little food...I have requested an invoice and the hotel had a lot of problems with sending me that..
The location is right in the center. Bed was pretty comfortable.
I arrived in the evening, needed just a place for the night.Made a reservation in the afternoon and got a message saying I'll get a code for the main door and the key in an hour. I didn't got it even after two and a half hours. And didn't got replies on the booking message platform. Luckily, there was an intercom on the main door and it called someone in a different location which gave me the code.Self check-in should be easy and not nerve-wracking ( not knowing if you could come in or stay on the street...)As you can see in the added pictures, there is a balcony which you can go right from the room. At first I said "ah, nice" but after a few min I was astounded to see someone sitting there and smoking. Apparently it's the flor smoking balcony. Amazing. Room was clean, however, garbage cans were missing bags, and old towels were still present in the bathroom...Ah, and both taps (shower head and sink doesn't work properly)
Its very close to city center
Hotel is oldVerybpoor brakefastVery poor servicesIts self check in not hotelRooms are very old and they dont have room servicesThe rating is not real. It can be around 3.1 not 7.1Does not worth the money.Totaly i dont recommend.
Comfy twin room in the attic of a large house/hotel. Very quiet. 2 single beds with a couch in between. Comfy matrus, sheets, duvet and pillow included. Towels included. Carpet on floor. En-suite bathroom, with sink, toilet and shower. Hand soap provided and toilet paper.Free WiFi in room.Plug sockets near bed. Lift/elevator to all floors. Room door opened and locked by key.Self-check-in.Code to building and to get key from a lock box inside hotel is emailed on day of check-in.Good instructions from staff.Breakfast is, apparently, available for 10 Euros per person, but not sure at what time and where.Hotel a 6-10 minute walk from the train station and city centre and padestrian old part. Very quiet on Sundays.
Slightly difficult to find the correct key for our room. No tactile numbers on the lift/elevator. Didn't know what floor the lift/elevator had arrived at. No tactile numbers on rooms doors, so hard to find our room in the dim light. No where to find the bufet breakfast or how to pay for it.WiFi password we were given didn't work, so couldn't access the apparent free WiFi. Slight expensive for the twin room.
Good ratio quality-price. The hotel is centrally located. The rooms are spacious, although the carpet and the style is a throwback from the seventies. Mine had a balcony overlooking the main street, which was a real treat.
More variety of fruit at the breakfast buffet.
I did like the fact that both the manager and the cleaning assistant responded quite fast to my requests. I got a room with numerous impairments, like semi-broken sofa and a water stuck in the shower, and this was fixed in les than 24 hours. The breakfast was quite good. The location is very convenient. The fact that there was a carpet on the room's floor was fantastic (in really saves a life in the cold times).
I would expect the staff to at least air the rooms and/or aromatize them before the new guests come just to show some more respect. Also the hotel should undergo some reno as the furniture already smells bad due to being outdated.
Amazing central location. Easy access to room.
Rooms show wear and could use some refreshing
- location at the south end of the town centre's pedestrian area- single bed room with an additional small sofa was good size for 1 person- the staff free check in and check out works smoothly
the smell ^^^ they used a kind of cleaner that has it smell like a swimming pool ? I even had direct access to the balcony from my room
only thing I could criticize is the price of breakfast. I didn't realize that it wasn't included in my booking and the 10€ euro it cost were a little steep imo
Very clean and great location. Nothing special, just value for money, when you travel and you have to sleep.Self check in.
So a little quirky this one. No one on reception when you arrive but you are given an access code to get in to the foyer. The same access code then releases your room key from a panel. It all worked fine. My room was clean if a little dated but perfectly matched the price I paid. I took breakfast the following morning which was staffed and the breakfast room was immaculate. You could have eaten from the floor ! All in all an ideal stopover on my way home. I would definitely use this hotel again as it was nice and quiet and only an 8 minute walk from the train station through a pedestrianised zone.
The room could do with brightening up a little. Get the guy who did the restaurant !!
