Location is excellent. Near to train station and a 5 minute walk from city center. Rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast is solid. A traditional inn is directly attached to the property, which is open to everyone – not only hotel guests. They serve authentic local dishes and the beer is excellent.

Room had physical keys with a large dangler. Which feels a bit outdated and not really pocketable.

Came for a concert. The location near the train station made coming and going easy. Staff was very friendly!

Thin walls! Ok for me, but other potential guests should know it can be noisy.

Very good to eat, sleep, walk down town.

The location just across from the station was perfect and staff were pleasant and helpful. Rooms were spacious and well designed with a comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet (included in the room price) was very good and the whole hotel was spotlessly clean.

The location was perfect, next to the train station and Mariazell train station. The room was fine, clean, comfortable consistent with a country town inn and the breakfast was good in a nice setting. Unfortunately we were unable to eat in the restaurant because it was booked out on both nights, clearly by many locals, so that suggests strongly that it is considered, by regulars, a really good place for a meal. There was a lift to get us to our floor, something often not found in country town inns.

Easy to reach from the railway station; excellent comfortable, clean and quiet room; excellent buffet breakfast; friendly staff; and good restaurant menu.

The restaurant was closed on the Sunday when I arrived. This is the only reason for not giving the facilities full marks, everything else was excellent.

No kettle, no air con and no fridge in the room.

Good shower, nice Fan in the room, good TV, plenty of electrical sockets, friendly staff, daily room service, soap and shower gel dispensers.

No night reception, room very warm even at night - making it a bit uncomfortable, no cups at the tea dispenser - yet ask for 1.50€ as a price including cups, room still had a little bit of garbage from previous guests on the bathroom floor, bedside light not working, door squeaking like crazy every time you open, or close it.

It's a good hotel right in the centre of elegant St Pölten. Everything is within an easy reach, both the main square and the railway station. The staff are very nice. The breakfast is abundant. The rooms are spacious and clean. I liked my stay. Thank you!

Great location close to the train station. Perfect for a short stay. The room was not big, just for one solo traveller but it was very clean and looked fresh. Good that they have the option to book a room without breakfast.

The breakfast looked very modest. It was the right decision not to take it.

The hotel is centrally located. Clean room and bathroom.

Quite expensive for the quality it offers. Poor amenities in rooms: no normal chair at the desk, no kettle. The lift to your floor takes you to mid-floors, and there are still a couple of stairs to take. Breakfast choice was rather modest.

Arrived late, rang the bell and sleepy voice told us the room numbers and to go up, keys would be on the inside of the door. When I opened the door of the room, light was on, bed was not made and there were man shoes on the floor. I went back outside and rang again, told the receptions what happened and he came out to the door in a few minutes and gave us two other rooms. Keep in mind that it was 1:20pm and I was lucky that I was not alone in this situation but had an male colleague with me.Not sure what the situation was because I did not see anyone in the room, but no mater how late the guests come this is not something that should be allowed to happen

Bathroom very nice and new but the shower was too small. I took a double room for sole occupancy

The staff was friendly and everything was clean. The hotel is less than 5minutes from the train station and on the border of the city.

The breakfast was simple for 14EUR per person (no cafe latte, one kind of eggs and we had to wait for them, not much variety over all.)the snack machine is more fitting for a youth hostel than a hotel. There was a window between bath room and room. A spare pillow would be a great addition.

The hotel is near the train station and the city center. I strongly recommend it due to the good location, clean and comfortable room, friendly staff and good food.
