Beachcombers Hotel

Lovely and clean. Great position and nice pool area

Some of the pool beds were broken and not enough towels. Needed some plants out the front of reception to give it some colour and more appealing. Bedroom floors when cleaned were left very wet. Bit hazardous.

Good parking. Great variety of breakfasts. Friendly staff

The customer service and the staff were really lovely and provided great customer services.

Unfortunately there was some kind of an alarm noise on our first night and last night, along with the sound of the rain hitting against the ceiling I lost a lot of sleep. Otherwise the best was comfortable and I cannot complain over the facilities.

The staff were very helpful, all of them. The food was lovely the bar relaxing rooms comfortable and ample parking. Not a bad location for the whole of the island. Definitely go back again.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful when I wanted an early breakfast because of my flight they were really helpful and sorted me out!

Clean rooms, friendly stuff, great location

Clean & bright , comfy rooms , friendly welcoming staff , we had a good breakfast & evening meal of high standard , good value for money , been coming here for 5 yrs .

There was nothing to dislike !

The Beachcombers was clean and comfortable with well equipped spacious rooms. All staff were friendly and courteous.

The buffet cooked breakfast plates were cold but this was soon remedied when we asked for warm plates.

Thin walls so depending on your neighbours can be a little noisy

Rooms were simple and basic but had enough furniture to store clothes and everything else. We went off season so was quiet but the staff treated us well and were very nice. The food served in their restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced. To get around the island we went by bus. Buy a prepaid card on just jump on the bus. A stop outside the hotel takes you straight into St Helier.

Prices of food and drink could’ve been cheaper but we realised they were the same everywhere in Jersey

Pet friendly.

Staff were not very approachable. They seemed fed up and didn't help elderly guests struggling with cases, food awful, hotel rooms, and pool nothing like pictures advertised. Dated room.Would not recommend.
