Very clean and comfortable, great location very friendly helpful staff.

Stayed here before. Food is excellent, staff are consistently efficient and courteous. Not the cheapest place, but the price is appropriate to the quality and level of service. The location on Liberation Square can't be faulted - sea view from the restaurant, town centre and lots of good pubs and bars a stones' throw away. Buses and taxis pretty much on the doorstep. Intend to stay there again.

A (very) minor gripe, but our "twin" room had the two beds pushed together. Okay, it was a small room but a bit more breathing space would have been nice!

Long weekend break greatly enhanced by the friendliness and cheeriness of all the staff.The breakfast is superb offering many different foods and beverages.The service provided in the bars and restaurants was excellent - a real credit to the hotel for employing such excellent staff,

The location was good, no parking a slight issue. Room a decent size, and very comfortable. Excellent breakfast and good breakfast staff.

Communication regarding where to park on xmas eve was a little vague. Suggested parking at partner hotel was over a mile from Pomne. Parked at Sands Car park.

Cocktail bar. Buzz in the hotel foyer. Breakfast was excellent

The location is ideal for us as a company as we can walk to all our clients within 10 minutes. The breakfast is always good, freshly cooked with lots of options.

Nothing to think of, the hotel is very comfortable, the staff are always very friendly and helpful. The hotel doesn't have a spa centre, but then I wouldn't have time to go

Breakfast good, Hotel location brilliant & staff were all very good.

Bed for some reason one side left us with back ache. Stand at bottom of bed facing bed it is right hand side.

No biscuits for our tea in the room!

One taxi didn’t come for 20 mins after call timeWhen we arrived, & on first outing, there were two (staff?) standing smoking or vaping on the wheelchair ramp- would have been better if it was kept clear.Two lifts not working on arrrival, our booking was 4th floor & partner has difficulty walking. Staff kindly escorted us to staff lift, but much more walking than expected. Maybe they could have offered us a better & lower room as compensation? ( tho I’ve only just thought of that! I hadn’t asked!)

Rather warm in the hotel and a little airless but this is an old building so unsure of what could be done, however the rooms do have air conditioning.

Superb location. Lovely food. Bedrooms comfortable, clean and well serviced. Car park not a problem to get to and easy to pay using app on phone.

I don't think you could improve in any way.
