The food was absolutely horrible looked like dog food paid 330 just to reserve the table for 2 people plus 100 for 2 drinks

The property was great and the team in the hotel are really friendly in Bohemia and on reception it was lovely way to spend our 22nd Wedding anniversary. The afternoon tea was exceptional and we were lucky to get a table in their Michelin Star restaurant which was out of this world the food was exquisite and the service was amazing. Will definitely be back for a visit very soon.

The only thing I would say we did not like was the bed it was like it had seen better days felt like it sloped on the sides but was till very comfortable.

Everything. Staff were amazing - the welcome was exceptional. Breakfast choice was perfect though the full english was a little short of full but there was also the contintental buffet so no chance of being hungry, and again, service was impeccable. Pool and spa spot on. Bar/restaurant area are very welcoming though didn't get a chance to try out the food.

Nothing. Position was also perfect for walking around the town. Walkable from the ferry port and busses easily available for longer trips around the island.

Had made a booking for dinner which didn’t take place and waited an hour and a half at the bar.Hospitality in certain areas was disappointing .

Excellent location to walk into the town. Food and service was very good and equally good are the facilities.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with all amenities supplied. We love the breakfast here, and the staff are so friendly and welcoming.

Mattress badly worn no separate shower blocked drain

The staff were exceptional, so welcoming and friendly. The bed was huge and lovely & comfy with crisp clean bed linen. Nice big tv with good selection of channels, plenty of clean fluffy towels and robe and slippers and a good power shower with plenty of hot water. The breakfast was lovely excellent selection of hot food and continental choices. We ate in the bar twice and the food and drink were lovely and the ambience was very pleasant.

Unfortunately we could not sleep properly because of the loud drone of the ?air con on roof which was a shame

After coming to Jersey for nearly 20 years I understand what Brexit has done to where you get your staff from, but training is required that the customer comes first. To be rushed into finishing two drinks I was charged over twenty pounds for in the bar to be sent to the honesty bar as they wanted to go home being told lager was available. When it wasn’t I told the same members of staff who shrugged their shoulders and continued to play on their phones sat in reception. I travel most of the year and accept the laid back attitude of the staff when I’m enjoying the sun of the Caribbean but not when I’m paying over 300 pounds a night to be less than an hour for the UK enjoying the UK weather.

The hotel was absolutely 1st class, each & every member of staff were welcoming & helpful, the facilities were perfect, the restaurant especially great value & delicious food, as was the breakfast in the morning.

Hotel was excellent, staff welcoming and very friendly. Food was plentiful and lovely. Spa facilities included in price added a little extra treat of luxury. Would highly recommend.

OK location to walk into St Helier which has lots of shops and restaurants.

room cleaning and maintenance were sporadic. Hit or miss on cleaning especially.Very little information from staff.

Rooms are run down i.e. cracked WHB, chipped enamel on bath and mould in shower, scraped and damaged furniture, etcNo EV charging points in car park.
