Excellent , courtoisie by all the personnel .

Excellent hotel very clean. All staff attentive, polite & helpful. Food also excellent. Location on outskirts of St Helier 15 minute walk to town. Plenty of free parking.

We stay here 3-4 times a year m staff are so so nice and friendly , kids love the swimming , food is always good and the entertainment fantastic as always

The hotel is rather aged now and appears to be no upkeep of the rooms I.e redecorating as it seems like a step back to the 70’s , pool need refurbishment and bringing up to 2025

The staff where friendly and helpful. The family room was spacious with a linked separate room for the kids and great choice of places to eat in the Hotel. The kids loved the pool and flume.

Overall, the hotel was very comfortable. However, it lacked entertainment. The pianist was good and the Friday night singer was excellent, but I would have expected there to be some sort of entertainment each night other than the pianist.

The refurbished Belvedere Restaurant

Swimming pool area needs deep cleaning and refurbishing. Tiled floor in reception area was so dirty.

The main thing that stands out about this property is the exceptional service. Every single member of staff does their job with utmost courtesy and professionalism and it makes you feel welcome and valued as a guest. This is the second time in two years I have stayed there. On both occasions I had an early flight arrival and turned up at the hotel around 10:00am expecting to just have to store my bags for a bit. On both occasions the room was ready for me to check into straightaway.The hotel is particularly good if you are travelling with children. The pool area with waterside and lazy river is very impressive, and my son loved the arcade area and the nightly kids disco. We loved our stay here and fully expect to come back again.

It’s a very minor gripe but the changing area for the pool is very small, they could do with expanding these if at all possible.

The hotel staff is very helpful and kind. Good location and pool area is very entertaining for children.

Load music until late at night which you can hear from your room. Pool very busy and noisy mostly with people who are not guests at the hotel.

Very welcoming and personalised service. We went to celebrate my son's birthday. The staff left a card and a happy birthday message in room with truffles. While at dinner the staff came and sung happy birthday with a cake. Evening entertainment was amazing, we all throughly enjoyed our selves.We had a wonderful stay could not fault their service and attention to detail.

Cleanliness of the pool and changing areas could do with an upgrade

Great for families and young children. Friendly staff and very clean. Breakfast was great.

Car parking was limited and they didn’t ask me if I had a car on arrival so then couldn’t get out of the car park without paying an heavy price. They did sort this but it was tricky finding a place to park. More information about the facilities would have been useful and a map to get around the huge site.

Pizza was great, games room was a good laugh. Reception staff very friendly. Great parking and close to town.

Was charged different prices for a pint of beer and when I questioned it I was told it was a service charge fee which was added whereas previous staff member did not charge that. I'd expect a service charge if a beer was delivered to my table or with dinner but I was stood at the bar.

Breakfast was excellent- multiple choices

Bonetti’s lasagne. Obviously precooked so when reheated the pasta round the edges was hard and impossible to eat.

Stayed before and will return again until the kids are grown. Good breakfast, good size rooms, everything and everywhere is clean, swimming pool is also a nice place with warm water, one slide for kids a sauna and a steam room for adults. What else do you need for a short family holiday.

Restaurant‘a and swimming pool’s caffe prices are a bit excessive. A 500ml water bottle at the swimming pool is £2.68, at the airport a 750ml is £2.48
