Marina Metro Hotel

Location is the best that Marina Metro Hotel can offer in Havre Des-Pas area. With a quiet spacious room, no breakfast included but with an excellent evening dancing bar in the ground floor facing the sea-ocean waves.

I didn't like a few noisy drinkers after midnight.

Location is lovely but not good if you have a car

Good room with space for the three of us.Handy restaurants for three sisters hovering around 80 years old, that gave a range of menus.

A rather feeble shower and a toilet flush button that was awkward to use.It was a bit of a walk to and from the car park each day.

Views from the restaurant. Food good. The man at reception was most accommodating.

I think it was the bar manager I found him some what surly. Seemed like he didn't want to be there at times.

Loved the Seaview and the noise of the waves. So peaceful and an excellent bus service. I would gladly stay there again. As I was with my daughter mc Donald's is only a short bus journey away.

Poor tv dated rooms and not been able to have breakfast bf we departed on the Monday morning

The location is second to none. Right on the seafront, with seating and a bar and restaurant from which you can admire the view. The room was large and very comfortable with a sea view.

It is clear that the property is being updated. it would have been good to have been advised of this on check in, just so as not to be surprised.

Great location, walking distance to St Helier, but buses run every 15 mins. Good selection of restaurants on your doorstep.

Room described as king room with seaview. Not a king room compared to other hotels we have stayed. Bar didn't seem to be open at times. When we did eventually see staff they were pleasant enough

Minor things, milk warm at breakfast, not in special containers, butter hard, asked 2 staff how to get to cinema they did not know. Big things, no hot water, kept being told it would be on in 5 mins, eventually came on after 2 hours, after 10 mins floods, coming through by lights, guests had left their taps on when there was no water, management should of checked rooms for this. We checked out 8pm and got refund. Worse Hotel I have ever stayed in. You should not advertise/use this Hotel.

The dining room is very good. We never had breakfast because we were too full up from the night before. The room was very clean and comfortable.. The hotel is in an excellent location. This is the second time we have stayed here and it is our go to hotel.

Location, access to beach, convenient to town and airport via bus. Good information re access and local amenities.

Cramped bedroom space, asked for twin and were given three single beds. Not much room to unpack dress etc.

The room was a good size with a very comfortable bed, The staff were all helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very nice and a good range of cooked options and continental.

The room and en suite was a little tired by very clean, needs an update.

Location was excellent, staff were very helpful and friendly and the dinner in the restaurant was exceptional!

I loved the window view, the location, the restaurant downstairs, friendly staff.

Location on the sea front. Food amazing, good value ans excellent quality. Plus eating watching the sea was just lovely. Listen to the waves at night was great too. Single bed comfy enough. Lots of plug sockets and coffee/milk ect provided.

However it's a fair walk to St Helier centre and to overnight parking (albeit that isn't expensive used Green St multi storey). Took an age to work the shower out as stiff (rm 41) and had to be turned off at the head as dripping. No cold water! Just weird both hot and cold came out of the basin taps hot (my friend in room 31 the same). Dated room with couple of stains needs a refurbishment. Ironing board but no iron.

Leaking loo, warm even with fan on as room is so small & front door had smashed glass which made us initially nervous about clientelle.

The room was very small the cold water didn’t work there was no fan to cool the room as it was very warm staff never cleaned or changed the towels and no mini fridge and the room was about 6x8 ft so quiet small
