    • Great location in beautiful Gorey, clean and comfortable room overlooking the harbour with the sound of the sea at night. Great choice of breakfast items and top quality.Staff all really friendly from start to finish.I would highly recommend staying here and it’s a great base to explore the East coast. I took a trip with Jersey Seafaris from St Catherine and Jersey walk adventures to Seymour Tower. Both within easy reach of Seascale plus a good selection of eateries, beaches & sights.
    • Great location, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and staff welcoming. Such good value for the location and nice to have a view over the water and hear the sound of the waves at night.Live music on Friday and Saturday night from the adjacent property was all good fun and not intrusive to my stay. Just a good crowd of people enjoying themselves. I only found out late in there is a good Thai cafe at the end of Gorey pier which I recommend
    • I like the location and hotel. However I wasn't satisfied with the room facilities. I used table lamp for the room. I haven't had a main light for my room which effected my health. I had an anxiety about it until I leave the place.

    Cons -

    • The room electricity facilities was nasty. No main light for the room and I used table lamp for 3 days.I haven't had my breakfast for 3 days because they severe breakfast at 8.30 and I have to leave from the hotel at 7.00pm. Anyway, I requested to provide breakfast early and manager rejected to provide at 7.00pm. However he agreed to refund the breakfast amount.
    • I wish I could’ve stayed a few more nights!
    • Staff service seemed to be in over their head even when the restaurant wasn't busy and communication in english was rough at times, But the hotel itself was really nice.

The single room is everything you could possibly need as a solo traveller. The breakfast was amazing - filling and delicious. Amazing service, friendly staff, comfortable room, good food AND a sea view. Would highly recommend.

    I wish I could’ve stayed a few more nights!

I've stayed here before, which is why I was pleased to come back. Seascale is a small and wonderful hotel. The rooms are comfy and clean, the breakfast is hearty and tasty and the staff are friendly and helpful. And to cap it all it's all very good value.

Large room, apparently recently renovated. The prize for the sea view is definitely worth it, otherwise you'll probably just look at the foot of the castle hill. Bus stop with good service to St. Helier right next door.

Staff service seemed to be in over their head even when the restaurant wasn't busy and communication in english was rough at times, But the hotel itself was really nice.

I only stayed for a night and had a double bedroom which was quite spacious. The view was magnificent. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty but not enough options for me: it's all subjective though.I prefer a buffet style. The bathroom floor whilst dry, was very slippery, if you didn't have footwear on!The canopy made a lot of noise outside of my window when the wind blew it, so if you're a light sleeper, you might need earplugs. I suppose a quick fix would be to open the canopy.

The room was small but comfortable The restaurant sold a good selection of good food at a reasonable price. The location was great. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The location was excellent, right next to the Mont Orgueil Castle. The breakfast was really good as well. The room was nice, if a little dated and cold, though they did provide electric heaters.

Excellent location. Regular bus to St Helier right outside door. Very friendly helpful staff. Possibly the best cooked breakfast on the island. Everywhere spotlessly clean with lovely hardworking staff. View over harbour from room. Exceptional value for money.

Music playing in restaurant not to my taste and a bit loud.

We had a sea view double room with cracking views of Gorey Harbour. The room was cleaned everyday and the staff very friendly. Breakfast was plentiful and the evening meal choice was very good value for money.

    Nothing to dislike.
