Due to work commitments on the Island the hotel was more than adequate for our needs; thank you
Was there for business and was a last minute booking so choice was limited and the downside was no parking at this particular Hotel; feedback would be the Hotel could have knowledge of suggested car parks including the parking regulations for commercial vehicles on the Island and their parking.
Everything about The Runnymede Court Hotel was quality. The owners and staff went out of their way to help and make sure everything was perfect. The lovely garden room we had was spotless - as was every area we saw of the hotel. Food was first class - superb breakfast and excellent different choice of evening meal every day - as well as a choice of A La Carte menu. Service in the dining room was second to none.I would recommend the Runnymede Court hotel to everyone and would definitely book again.
Everything was perfect - no negatives at all
Great location, clean, tidy and a great breakfast- what more could you want?!
Nothing - all good
I thought breakfast was excellent lots to choose from.Bed was comfy it was very pleasant.
It's not that I didn't like.It just my opinion.i think there should be more room between dining tables.I noticed a few guests knocking things off tables next to theirs to get inIf one was removed it would give a few more inchesIt's just a thought
The hotel was clean, there was a good selection at breakfast. Staff were welcoming and friendly. The location of the hotel was near the centre of St Helier
Husband found the bed a bit uncomfortable
Friendly staff and very helpful with hints and tips to get around. Room was airy and clean with own bathroom. I was out and about a lot so probably didn't experience all that the hotel had to offer.
Just a wee bit dated in bits.
Excellent breakfast, good service. Location was fine. .Close to the beach , with a short walk, and easy reach of three eating places without going into the centre. Very clean room.
Taps not working very well , a leaky tap and shower kept going back to to bath setting . Not enough pressure. Windows need curtains as blinds let in early morning light.

Location. Everything within walking distance. Breakfast was good. Everything in the room what you needed. Staff very friendly and helpful
Arrived 10pm. Lovely staff member was waiting for us ready. Checked us in within 2 minutes and explained about services, breakfast, etc. Very helpful. We had booked breakfast during our stay, well worth the money. Buffet style which I prefer, full english and continental style available plus tea/coffee and fruit juices etc. Just help yourself. Dinning room clean spacious and tastefully decorated. Staff attending could not be more helpful anything I needed not a problem. You could even have breakfast outside in the lawn area surrounded by beautiful flower beds. My favourite being the rose beds. In the evening we used the hotel bar and relaxed in the hotel. Very well run and kept hotel, happy with my stay there. Hotel only 5 minutes walk from the beach which has a Lido and 15 minutes walk to town. Yes I would stay here again and will recommend. Tip..... Only 1 minute walk away we found a great cafe/small restaurant called Petisco Traditional its worth a visit for meal or just coffee. A good selection of food at reasonable prices.
We enjoyed our stay in a very comfortable room. Great to have tea making facilities. Also Comfortable chairs to sit in.Easy walk to town.
The shower took a while to get warm.water which is a waste of water.
Beautiful room are nice and beds are comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
Shower not a powerfull as one would expect.
Exceptional value for money. Great breakfast. Near the sea and 10 min walk to town.
Peaceful and relaxingBreakfast was good but could be a little better with fresh fruit and bread buns with the ham & cheese
The staff were very friendly and helpful
Tired room and shower did not work properly
Breakfast had everything well organised. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The garden was nice to sit and relax after day of sightseeing.
Due to it being old building you can hear fellow guests.- ie walking around, chatting, snoring. Didn't spoil my trip and expected with age of building.
