Norfolk Hotel

The Staff here are friendly, I found them all very welcoming and calming, this is great when your just off the ferry and tired.

Some silly things like small television, strange hair dryer in the drawer. Small things not really a deal breaker, but I believe in giving honest reviews.

Great Food and Staff and convenient for shops

Everything was great but our shower was low pressure,luckily we also had a bath tub which was great

hotel reception very helpful. Hotel very clean. Good location to walk into town. Breakfast excellent.

TV in room small

It was just the kind of place we wanted. Old school of leaving key at desk, having a table assigned to us for all meals we chose to be there, polite and helpful staff. Well located lots of things walkable.

Didn’t dislike much. Our view wasn’t great but not an issue.

The staff were super friendly. It is an older hotel but well kept.

The beds were not as comfortable as I'd like.

Regular service buses stop opposite the hotel.A fantastic holiday revisiting Jersey after nearly 50 years.;We will be back to the Norfolk!

Lovely property, within walking distance of everything we wanted. Loved breakfast served by the sweetest staff. Loved all the various areas of the hotel to sit & enjoy our holiday (even poolside when it was warm enough).

Walls were a little thin so able to hear laughter (& even snores from next room) … nothing travelling ear plugs don’t handle tho! Also love to have wee fridge in rooms when travelling, but wasn’t a ‘deal breaker’.

Hotel was very clean and in a good location it was excellent value for money The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was also very good.

Whilst the location is St Helier, and it's in easy reach of several good restaurants, we would have preferred the location to be a little more central. For anyone with poor/restricted mobility there's quite a walk to the centre of town

Decor was a little dated.

The rooms were spacious and clean and the breakfasts were wonderful. The staff are lovely and friendly.

We liked the location as we could walk into the main shopping area, bus station, beach and park. The hotel was nice and clean and the staff especially on Reception were very helpful and friendly. There was a choice of cooked or continental breakfast, which was nice.

The shower pressure in my room ? ? And the WiFi didn't work in.my room either 214 apart from that all good ? ?

The staff were extremely helpful at all times , in particular Brian on the front desk . We were able to leave our luggage before and after checking in .

The shower is available from mixer bath taps and it was difficult to use.

Friendly staff and great breakfast

Room was dirty on arrival with the worst part being mould up one of the walls and a sweet wrapper lying next to the pedestal. ??? this was corrected after we mentioned it but it does leave a bad taste

Breakfast was nice. Nice staff. Gentleman at the front desk was very friendly.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, a short walk to get to any of the places we wanted to go. The rooms were cleaned daily and again the staff were lovely

The rooms are slightly dated, not an issue at all but the only small thing is noticed
