Just the perfect place, everything was close, coffee shop, shops, market, everything!

The property was clean and modern, with a well-fitted room, friendly staff, and a great variety of food.

Pillows were too squishy and found them too soft

We were checked in to our room earlier than expected. The staff were friendly and efficient. We were able to request fresh milk for our cup of tea.The pool and steam room and sauna was superb. We changed in our rooms and wore the gown and slippers provided down to the spa. Flavoured water was available for anyone using the pool. We booked a silver double. The bed was really comfortable and the pillows were great too. The location is perfect. A short walk to the bus station 2 mins. The main shops, cinema and Aquasplash all within 15 minute walking distance. The breakfast was included in the price. Absolutely superb. Will definitely stay again.

I didn't realise that we needed to hang the sign on the door to request to have the room cleaned etc. We called housekeeping ro request some teabags, sugar and clean towels. They came to our room but also took away the hand soap but didn't replace it.

As like previous visits always positive helpful staff. Room was lovely & quiet and ultra clean.

Not enough time to stay more than one night.

The location was perfect, I was in Jersey visiting friends and it was in a central location with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.The room was spacious and comfortable with a nice bathroom that has a large bath tub as well as the shower.I was there for a week and over the first weekend, there were large parties both staying at the hotel and at functions but there was no noise disturbance at all. The room was very peaceful.I left it too late for spa bookings, I'd suggest booking in advance.

I was booked in for bed and breakfast but only had breakfast there once, it was a bit chaotic. On the Saturday, I didn't get any coffee and was unable to attract anyone's attention as it was busy and there were only 2 staff members that I could see.On the Sunday, there was a queue outside the dining room that I left after waiting a while - tip - go for an early breakfast!It wasn't a drama and I had breakfast out for the rest of the week as was meeting various friends.

Would have loved to go to the spa but I forgot to bring swimming suits that was my own fault

Didn’t like the fact that if you wanted to have breakfast outside you had to go down stairs and pay(Again)even though breakfast is included in the price

Love the location. Rooms clean and comfortable. Best breakfast on the island

Location , rooms lovely , food very good.

Shower not the best as the roof got in the way so if you’re tall it’s a problem.Also very loud people outside that were not staying at the hotel. Very loud till very late.

Perfect location, in the centre of St Helier and adjacent to the main taxi rank and bus station. Hotel was very good, clean, comfortable with excellent facilities.

The food to the room was awful the breakfast probably the worst I’ve had at a hotel coffee ? I didn’t bother was terrible , the room was ok but extremely noisy with the night club down stairs

I didnt like the bar staff for the event i planned in the sirroco room, very grumpy wouldn't talk much and looks angry most the time made my guests a bit annoyed. And I didn't like the spa receptionist, I called ahead that day to ensure we can use the pool before checking in and she had to call and check with others when I thought this had been checked several times wasted our time when we were already on a strict time allowance so we didn't bother using those facilities

The spa was nice and good location , hotel staff were happy to help

The bouncers on the bar were rude and confrontational when people who where staying in the hotel were being pleasant with them , the beds are also uncomfortable and pillows are to soft , and our room didn’t have electricity to the plugs

Stayed here before location is excellent and the hotel and facilities are good. We were here to celebrate my Granddaughter 18th Birthday in the Vista room. Which was excellent meal and service from your staff.

The cleaner didn’t replant the toilet roll when she cleaned the room

Great location.

We booked a Platinum room which we have stayed in previously that should have a siting area as advertised with sofa, which has been the case on our previous stays. The room we were assigned did not have a siting area only a small table with one chair. I queried this with reception and was told to specify our requirement the next time we stay. We should not have to as the room should be as advertised.

Bars/restaurants are bit busy but you can deal with it

The new breakfast service. I preferred the self service buffet. The room TVs and remote controls are ancient. These are just tiny niggles though.

The staff were absolutely wonderful to me! I was in pieces when I came in because I had been through familial abuse. They were so kind offering me water and just letting me cry. Then I got ill with gastric flu and the housekeeping staff were so sweet to me. Apparently, they rang down to the first desk front desk and told them that if I needed anything to give it to me because they were really concerned about me. They were so happy when I came to get some toast on the third day. I was really really touched by their kindness, especially as my family weren’t exhibiting any. It restored in my faith in humanity.Thank you all so much for your amazing staff!
