On the lowest level of rooms, the view of the Matterhorn is slightly less enjoyable due to a newly constructed building.

The hotel location is very convenient and the view to the Martterhorn from the balcony is beautiful. The breakfast is wonderful and in house SPA is great for relaxing. The staffs in the reception ware very friendly and very helpful. Especially, the staff- Albano and Antina ware very nice and patience to answers our questions and give detail information for our tours in the area.

Hotel location, staff friendliness and availability, and room were wonderful!! And the breakfast was amazing each morning. Thank you for a wonderful memory in an amazing town.

The staffs were helpful, the pool & spa facilities were the best part! A small kids play area on the ground floor. Although our room is a family room with duplex design but our kid is too young to sleep upstairs alone in the single bed - better for fmaily with kids 3 yrs above.

The PILLOWS were the worst ever! way too flat, I had to use 4 pillows for me alone and didn't get good rest. The room is very stuffy, very warm and woke up sweating middle of the night. A 4-star hotel but charging 5 stars price. The bathroom is abit small, the breakfast was ok but limited options. The restaurant for dinner were very average food.

The breakfast was outstanding. So many options and fresh to order food. The room was very good size, and the location was AMAZING. 5-minute walk to the middle of town and 10-minute walk to train station. Right across the street from the ski lifts to get on the mountain.

First room was a little dated but the staff was very accommodating and moved us to a newer room

This hotel is very convenient. It is walking distance from the rail station and bus stop is around the corner. Staff are great . Spa is very nice and the indoor pool is best for kids . I would definitely choose it if I visit Zermatt again.

Big rooms with great storage space. Wellness area and ski room are nice. The breakfast is fantastic!

Double beds are two separate beds pushed together, which is not optimal for couples.

Amazing spa, wonderful breakfasts, such friendly staff

Everything about our stay was a 10/10 from the amazing breakfast to the cute little lobby bar (Johnathan was our favorite), the experience was perfection. We could walk everywhere and the hotel helped us with reservations and gave us a discount coupon to rent out ski gear. We will 100% be going back and staying at Hotel National Zermatt.

The staff at this hotel, without a single exception, were wonderful. Beyond friendly, extremely helpful, and always smiling. It was so refreshing to have such incredible service.
