The bed was low, and felt a bit slanted!

I loved everything about our stay here. The rooms were clean with a comfortable bed. The staff were exceptionally nice and went above and beyond to make our stay a great experience. I absolutely loved the fireplace. AND THE SNACKS. Wow. It’s was the small attention to detail and hospitality. I will definitely come back here again.

Super friendly service, location, beautiful settings…

All was excellent! We really appreciated the excellent treatment. The place is astonishing, with incredible views of the Matterhorn. The hotel and rooms are perfect, and the breakfast is superb. But the best part is the staff, world class all the way! We thank them for the wonderful experience.

I could not be happier with our stay at this hotel! We had two rooms, one with the Matterhorn view! Absolutely stunning! The staff was exceptionally friendly & helpful in every way!!

The spa and massage were amazing. All the staff were very helpful and eager to please. Room was very high tech and modern!

The owners of the hotel and their staff were all wonderful and did everything they could to make our stay memorable. The rooms were updated, well-appointed and comfortable. Breakfast was great and even included a machine to make fresh squeezed orange juice. This is the place I would definitely recommend to any friends or family who visit Zermatt.

Location is fabulous. Spa facilities were very nice and breakfast was excellent. The staff was super helpful and friendly!

Beautiful room! The balcony was lovely. Really liked the lobby and spa facilities. Breakfast was tasty as well. It was a very short walk from the main street which was perfect.

I would have liked a more plush bed. It was a bit firm for me.

The attention to detail made us feel very special. Our room was perfect and they even provided a bed and food/water for our small dog. The breakfast was amazing and the staff remembered our coffee orders and our preferences. Our room was cleaned the moment we stepped out.

The sheets were so luxurious!!! Couldn’t wait to get into bed every night! The room was great and we had an awesome view of the Matterhorn. The breakfast was delicious and had many more options than usual and you could even get fresh cooked eggs. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Great location - close to the Main Street but if by a block so it was quiet and mellow. Such a great stay!

Don’t like the view from my room ! Was facing back if a street and back of a hotel. A bit sad Last time I have amazing view !

View, location, food, room

Amazing room and customer service. We had a skylight in our room which allowed us to see the stars at night. It also opened which provided nice cross ventilation. The breakfast was so delicious.

No improvement needed.

It is a quiet, relaxing place to stay in central Zermatt.

A very nice boutique hotel in a good location in the middle of Zermatt between the Sunnega and Matterhorn lifts and a very short walk to the bus stop for the green line ski bus to both stations. Rooms were clean and modern with a balcony with a view of the Matterhorn. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Hotel pick up and drop off at the railway station was most useful and they helped with our luggage. Service was very good and the small little details in the room to welcome guests were much appreciated. In the basement, each room had a dedicated ski locker with dryer for boots and gloves. The hotel provided packets of tissue and sunblock/lip balm in the locker which came in handy. There was a nice spa with Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and salt room. Breakfast was great with a wide variety of items. We were very happy staying at the Bellerive during our stay in Zermatt and would most definitely stay again.
