- The location is great, very close to the train from Tasch and close to the Gornergrat railway as well. And it has amazing Matterhorn views with amazing balconies (at least in our room). Also offered free shuttle service to and from the train.

- Our shower flooded our room, wouldn¿t drain, we couldn¿t shower, they couldn¿t fix it. Then they opened our windows when they cleaned our room but closed the curtains so we didn¿t know and froze all night. 50% of the staff not very friendly.
