The view off our balcony was better than expected! The room was beautiful & nice and big, with turn down service & chocolate, plus robes and slippers too!

I wish the hours for the Jacuzzi had been longer because the timing never worked out for us, so we never got to use it.

Central location and fantastic attitude by the stuff! Breakfast was the highlight with premium quality.

Not really something bad to say.

Unbelievably beautiful woodwork and decor. Clean, bright, comfortable with a very friendly staff. We loved it!

The beds were very comfy, the staff super friendly and the room was big with an amazing Matterhorn view (see picture).

The bath layout was not ideal as the tap on the side of the bath stuck out quite far at exactly where you want to stand for a shower, but it was OK, we didn't mind, it just could have been better thought out.

Hotel is in a perfect location with the view of the matterhorn. Very friendly staff and hotel offered an amazing breakfast.

The e personalized experience with breakfast name tag on the tables, the welcome screen on the TV. Clean and nice place. With little snack gift.

Was told by staff cannot take a look at a Spa area without slippers and bathrobe. Said that is the rule, however, nowhere was written about the Spa rules.

quite a walk from the station(tiring with the luggage, but ok if you got no belongings), but it took you just right next to kirchbrucke bridge.

This hotel was great. Welcome drink on the terrace with stunning view of the Matterhorn. When I arrived in the room, I did not expect such a perfect view of the Matterhorn, I sat on the balcony and just looked at it in awe! Staff was terrific (Simon front desk and Manuela in the breakfast room, along with others. Amenable and caring). Incredible choice of food choices at breakfast, all beautifully served.

I stayed just one night at this hotel in Zermatt, and it was a lovely experience overall. The view of the Matterhorn from the room was absolutely beautiful — even though I didn’t catch it at sunrise, seeing the iconic peak right from the room was unforgettable.The room itself was cozy, spotless, and well-appointed. I especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities: soft cushions and warm blankets for the patio furniture made it a perfect spot to relax and take in the scenery.The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the shuttle from the train station (5 CHF/person) was a convenient touch. Breakfast was also excellent — fresh, varied, and satisfying.

One minor downside was the elevator situation. There’s only one, and it was often quite busy, especially during check-in and breakfast hours. We ended up using the stairs frequently, which was fine for us, but something to keep in mind.

Matterhorn view is fantastic. Highly recommend this.Room has some really nice and thoughtful amenities like blankets and chair covers to sit outside, a backpack for day use (not to be taken home).Check-in process is very nice where they make you sit down in the lobby or terrace, serve you a welcome drink and cashews while passports and cards get processed.Breakfast has a lot of variety and has a local and home made feel to it. Much unlike bigger hotels where things are more “big box”.The biggest difference is the staff. Each member who interacted with us during our 2 day stay was cordial, friendly and interested in our care. From the two ladies who checked us in, to the tall gentleman at the front desk( thank you for the recommendations for the two small hikes on both sides of town), to the young lady at breakfast who served us beyond the 10:30 close time and lastly the gentleman with glasses fromPortugal who drives the electric car ( very attentive and thoughtful person) went above and beyond tomake this a great experience .

Lovely property located in the center of town. Convenient to trams, trains, shopping and restaurants. Amazing views of the Matterhorn!!!Staff were lovely, polite and accommodating. Breakfast food was very fresh, providing great choice and variety. Beautiful, well planned interior design. Woodwork design throughout the property is amazing!Highly recommend!!!

Breakfast needs some work

Excellent location, very central. Nothing was too much trouble, very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was an excellent spread of very fresh and high quality food. Very Swiss which made a change from 'International' buffets

A little pricy

All of the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great, very central location. I didn’t realize I had included breakfast with our stay, but I’m so glad I did - it was such a nice way to start the day. We took advantage of the spa, it was a great way to unwind after a day on the mountain. Would highly recommend!

Clean, lovely rooms, great breakfast, central location.

No temperature control in the room so it got quite hot in the night.
