Good location near to the center and all restaurants and shops. Staff was very good and helpful. Neat bathroom. Good breakfast. Zermatt is a Beautiful place. We will come again.
Price, convenience and location

Cons -

No USB plug for charging cell phone. The power plug in Switzerland is very different from any other countries.
