Room was smaller than expected with construction next door blocking the view causing the room to be dark.

Very well located, beautifully designed and the breakfast is incredible. We always feel very welcome with our dog!

Breakfast at Cervo was out of this world, the hotel is beautifully appointed, clean and in a prime location with stunning views!

Everything! This place was phenomenal. I'd stay here over and over again. The food at the restaurants was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The view from our room was amazing.

Everything is wonderful—clean, well-appointed rooms; beautiful grounds and a variety of places to refresh and relax; and staff that seem genuinely interested in making the hotel a welcoming place for guests to stay and explore the surrounding area.

Gorgeous Resort and spacious for a family of 4 with young children. The beds were well thought out.Amazing breakfast and quite superior from European standards. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Spa was great with heated pool overlooking the Matterhorn. They’ve got some great restaurants. Location was great to go directly Sunnega via the lift.

Nothing much not to like but suggestion to have halal options for at least chicken.

CERVO is an absolutely stunning hotel in an unbeatable location in Zermatt. The design is thoughtful and modern while staying true to the mountain spirit, and the views of the Matterhorn (Cervino) are nothing short of magical. Our room was cozy, stylish, and the bed was incredibly comfortable — one of the best sleeps of our trip.Breakfast was a real highlight: everything was super fresh and beautifully presented. I especially loved the small, thoughtful touches like the wellness shots. The variety and quality of the food really stood out.

a few things fell short of expectations. Prior to our arrival, I reached out to the hotel to arrange something special for my husband’s birthday — perhaps a bottle of wine in the room or another small gesture — but I never received a reply. It was disappointing not to get any acknowledgment or follow-up, especially given the level of service we expected.At check-in, we noticed some inconsistency in service. Another guest was warmly welcomed with drinks, while we were simply handed our keys — no offer, no extra touch. It made our experience feel a bit transactional.Lastly, I was looking forward to taking part in the wellness activities offered, like meditation and yoga. The spa staff told me guests are usually guided to the activity space a few minutes before it starts, but when I showed up for both meditation and yoga, no one was there on either occasion. I ended up missing both sessions and a peaceful part of my morning that I had really been looking forward to.Overall, CERVO is a beautiful place with so much potential. I hope they improve the consistency of their guest service to match the incredible setting and amenities they offer.

Loved everything about it. Perfect location, spacious ski room, gorgeous breakfast, friendly staff, exceptional service, breathtaking views, comfy beds, great spa, superb resturants, the best aprés ski, detailed design, athmosphere, smell. Champagne bar on the ski in (route no 2) is a great add on. Can't wait to visit again. Probably the best ski hotel in Zermatt.

Really quirky property in a lovely location. The room was really unusual. Once navigated (!) the hotel is beautifully appointed. The staff are exceptional. Lovely spa area. Easy access to the town. We found the communication with what’s app really efficient and the complementary transfer from the station was appreciated.

There was no outdoor “swimming pool” as such. It’s a lovely hot very small pool but not suitable to swim in. Definitely need to book restaurants in the town in advance. A shelf in the shower would be useful. The glass soap bottles on the floor felt dodgy! It was pricey but to be expected in the location.

Everything. Staff go above and beyond. Nothing is too hard. The food is amazing, facilities out of this world and the whole place is so relaxing. Views brilliant, end of ski run with apres drinks. Views of Matterhorn. And you can do yoga, mediation, treatments, massages. This is my second time here. Once in summer. Now in winter. Will definitely go back

Amazing location, SPA, Food and Rooms

Breakfast was served differently than usual.

This is one of the best properties we’ve ever stayed at. The location is stunning, with all rooms, the spa and the restaurants having a perfect view over Zermatt and of the iconic Matterhorn mountain. The room decor was amazing and the room had so many lovely touches such as coffee machines, fridges, Marshall speaker system which added a special touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and extremely helpful for all queries. We loved relaxing at the spa with the amazing infinity hot tub with Matterhorn views. We were not skiing but we loved how the piste literally ends at the hotel. This trip has made us want to come back again and again

We love the view from our room; the Matterhorn was right in front of us. However, there are 2 unsightly buildings that were blocking the view: Alora and another building. We love how spacious the room was, which was good for our luggage. And we love the heated onsen! Very relaxing to use in winter!

We didn’t like that there was a surcharge of CHF20 for any in-room dining service (in addition to any food order). The food in the restaurant (Bazaar) was not kids friendly. The only kids friendly food was from Madre Nostra; pasta, however we couldn’t be ordering the same for lunch and dinner daily. Hence the comment on very few food options for kids. The family room size was perfect, but perhaps could have some added activities for the kids so that parents can relax and enjoy the stay more, since there was no TV in the room. The electric kettle was faulty and we couldn’t boil any warm water. We called to inform but nobody came to replace it. The hotel could have also provided shuttle services to and from the town, this is especially useful when we have kids traveling with us. We had to walk towards the hotel in the rain during winter and was so cold while walking towards the tunnel (shorter way up from town).

It is the best hotel I have ever stayed at! Amazing breakfast, general comfort, design, the hot pool and cold “lake”, location..

Maybe just a little pricey

Picturesque location in the mountains with easy lift access to the town centre. The staff is friendly and helpful, everything explained efficiently. Calming atmosphere.Beautiful mountain views from balcony and spa pool.
