Good location, spacious apartment. Excellent to be able to make own meals if interested. Free wi fi.

The apartment is lovely with a balcony. Very clean place with a nice view to the mountains. About 10-12 mins walk to the town center which is good, close enough but in a quiet area. Staff are very friendly, always there to help.

The apartments were comfortable and well designed. And the location was perfect with close access to the gondola.

We liked everything. We do wish that the breakfast had more cooked food options especially for the price.

I agree with all the other people who left reviews in that having a microwave would be nice. Having the front desk person mention that there is not coffee in the apartment when checking in would make for a better morning (with coffee)

I booked the highest apartment guys everything is cozy clean fashion from the second u enter the lobby until ur room Its a very big company professional staff interior is amazing I found literally everything in the apartment It was the best 5 nights in my full long vacation Very close to cable car where it take u up to skiAnd so close to center as well like 5 minutes walking

the location was great! close to the gondola and in a quieter location away from the town square but only a short walk to the town. Saturday morning we saw the goats being walked down the street from our balcony!

honestly, it was a great place! No A/C but we knew that when we booked. Just keep your blinds and curtains closed in the day and open the widows at night.

Everything were great from spacious room, full kitchen.. beds were comfy and there were two balconies.. staffs were helpful. Location was great as well. You can walk from the train station through the town to the property.

Perfectly decorated, big space with a nice balcony, very comfy to stay! Also the green line E-bus passes right in front of the hotel, which is very easy to reach.

There’s only pepper and salt in the kitchen - no oil if you want to cook, and no sponge for handwashing dishes?

The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. They assisted with any questions and ensured we had everything we needed. Good location, close to the Glacier paradise tram and a fairly short walk to the village.

No restaurant- Although if you book ahead of time breakfast is available. It would have also been helpful to know the protocol for towel changes on booking.com. There is an extra fee to have your room serviced during your stay(in the apartments) including towel changes. No big deal the hotel was very accommodating but if it was available upfront when making the reservation it would have saved everyone a step.

Our apartment was very nice and very clean. It was very comfortable and quiet.

It was a bit of a walk to town. Also the shower was different to operate.

The apartment is little far from the train station and the shuttle service is not readily available during off season. But it is away from the center so the place is quieter and close to the trails.

Breakfast is typically swiss and great for Europeans. There wasn't a cooked meal option but we would not have taken that anyway.

Stairs in apartment needs a banister - very exposed for young kids

The breakfast was a great add-on, as we could eat a good, healthy and filling breakfast without cleaning up or cooking and get out on the slopes in no time. The SPA after skiing was also really nice and mostly empty. The main positive point, beyond the kind staff, was that this apartments are super close to the Matterhorn express lift, which made skiing a breeze.

I am not sure what the beds are made off, but I felt often overheated in the beds. I made sure to check the room temperature and stopped any heating but I think the foam that the mattresses are made off end up creating too much heat for my taste. This made my nights less restful.

The property was great and location was great. I liked the location to the skiing and the ski lockers were a plus. Breakfast was great in the mornings. Washer and dryer located on the level where we had breakfast in the mornings.

You had to have a key to turn the lights on to the place and if one didn’t have a key in there, the lights and electricity would go out while somebody was in the bathroom. I’m sure it’s for energy saving but it is frustrating when you’re not given as many keys per person.

Desk staff were always rude, very rule driven, told me off about other peoples children who were not as I explained mine. Saw her talking about the group with other staff. Got a bad room that was dark not as good as the one we had 2 years ago. Rude barman and seems the hotel guests treated nicely and appartment guests 2nd class. I have NEVER written a bad review ever before, but this was very unwelcoming and bad service right to the very end of the stay. Esp front desk staff who made it unpleasant until last taxi booking!! We stayed 2 years ago and had better room and service. I’d never go back

The apartments are in a great location for skiers. Very easy walk to the lifts in the morning and not far from the main dining areas of Zermatt in the evening. The apartments are separate from the hotel, but connected via underground walkway. The apartments breakfast area is nice, selection fine for a 5 day stay. Unit (41) was roomy, nice decks on two sides. Though 1 bath for 4 people did get tricky.

Our fridge went out during the stay, ruining some food we had purchased. Management kindly reimbursed us for the estimated cost which was very nice!

Location perfectApartment / room perfect - even though we didn’t use the kitchen etc. we pretty much used it as a room. Staff very welcoming and helpful

Breakfast was good quality but small variety and very basic.
