Pros +

The lady I talked to agreed to a late check-out. It was a bit weird as the time I could check out kept changing(in my benefit), but it helped me a lot. The bed sheets were fairly clean. Parking was available

Cons -

The place was very dirty. The room was fully carpeted and it looked like it wasn't vacuumed in a long time. The bathroom had wallpaper that was moldy, mirror and tap were dirty. Also, it wasn't cheap place. We agreed on the phone that it is possible to pay later in the day for the room, and that was nice as I arrived quite late. However, the lady woke me up saying that I need to pay as after all it won't be possible later. Overall the place was dirty and communication was not efficient.
