S Club Resort Hotel FREE USE OF AQUA PARK AND SPA

I liked the staff they were very hospitable and the service was OK also.

Well lets see the spa was not ready on-time and they can definitely turn up the heat in the rooms cause it was cold. They need to keep the dogs in kennels while people are on the property cause not everyone is ok with dogs. There is alot that needs work .

Please you work on to have non smoker rooms, You gave me a super nice room for request for a non smoker room but it had a sign that it was still a smoker room. you sprayed the air with desodor which is chemical for me. Just keep rooms please separate forever for non smokers. We know the difference.

Breakfast buffet.Great variety and very tasty

The apartment was cold when we arrived, the water heater was off. The cleaningness could be better.There were stray dogs and cats walking around the tables during breakfast inside the restaurant.

Everyone was very helpful and the entire place was awesome, they had a very nice playground and the food and staff in the restaurant were both above and beyond

There were dogs running around, they were friendly and did no harm. But it was a bit scary at first as there were really many of them

Nice facility, good breakfast. We have stayed a lot of times and keep returning.

They could maintain some details a bit better like broken showers etc. I also feel a bit weird when we arrive at night and they ask to keep our passports at the reception till morning

Very friendly staff. Very good value of money. Beautiful pets around the resort. Good and mixed breakfast included in the price, also a spa, but unfortunately we couldn't make it to the spa. It is a 30 min drive to Belgrade. Pretty hard to access without a car.

All in all it is a good resort, but the rooms had very thin walls...we could hear each other. We got unlucky to have a very noisy neighbor that woke us up at 3 am and in the morning we heard each others alarms...Also the shower drain was clogged and the bathroom got flooded.

Nothing. All place was broken. No security. Nothing worked. I don’t recommend at all. Don’t book it it’s a lie this place isn’t a resort you can call it hostel instead.

Everything. Nothing worked(jacuzzi and saunas,the water park), there were many things broken in the property. The worst place that I have been. Don’t book this place it’s a scam!!!!

We liked the aqua park and the lushous greenery. The breakfast was delicious as well.

The bathroom was moldy and the ceiling was covered in spider web. The spa was only partially working (sauna, salt room, and tepidarium were out of order and we weren't informed about this prior to our visit). The dinner was underwhelming and it seemed like they served leftovers from lunch and breakfast.

The teritory is beautiful. The area is green there are a lot of grass and trees. Most Hotel rooms are houses some are in an old building. Following our request the receptionict changed one of our rooms. There ia a big aquapark for hotel guest the entrance included. We enjoied all the slides a lot. The suff was friendly. The breakfast is good. Convinient opening hours.

I had an amazing stay at S Club Resort Hotel Aqua Park and Spa! The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a relaxing atmosphere perfect for both families and couples. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. The food is absolutely delicious with a great variety to choose from every day. The aqua park is so much fun and adds a special touch to the whole experience.The only downside during my stay was that the spa was not operational, which was a little disappointing as I was looking forward to it. However, everything else—from the hospitality to the amenities—was truly exceptional. I would definitely recommend this resort and would love to return in the future!

Everything was great.. Spent here 7 days and could spend another 7.. Traveled with kids and with all the wateroark slides and pool availability at the property- I havent seen them happier! Staff is really helpful.. Food is great.. We had dinner and breakfast included.. Varieation of food was incredible..Thank you so much for making our vacation here so perfect! If you travel to Belgrade, this is the plave where to stay! Highly recomended!
