Pros +
- The pool was cool but refreshing after a long day hiking. The view from the pool area was wonderful. There was a short hike along the creek just across the street and the bus picks up and drops off at hotel if you pre purchase your tickets to National Park bus ride. The area was exceptionally beautiful and the town had a few good restaurants so that was great.
- It was close to the hiking areas and to the town. Parking was free and easy. The rooms were quiet. The room was clean and water pressure was great.
- The restaurant was great to have close by and friendly staff. Room was clean.
Cons -
- Didn't get the room we booked 6 months out. Then got stuck in top floor with view of campground. The bed was ok but not great. The AC wasn't working properly so our room was warm. The tub shower had mold growing in it. We asked to be moved and instead was given a small discount and 1 free breakfast. It was a bummer to plan so far out and not get the room we counted on. Disappointing property. Can't recommend this place.
- We paid extra for the room with AC but it was still barely cool enough to sleep, in September. they did supply us with a fan, though. That helped.
- The room was so small you could not even open the dresser/closet all the way because it ran into the bed. Pretty tiny for 2 people and their luggage. The other thing that was a miss was after day 1 we had horrible sewer smell in the bathroom. We had to keep our windows open at all times to air it out and then towards the end of our stay we need to keep the bathroom door shut with windows open. It was pretty bad.

The breakfast and the location.
Room service and noise from other rooms.
The air conditioner was underpowered. It was hot in the room and the window didn't open.
This hotel has fantastic views, spacious rooms, and comfortable beds. The staff were so kind and helpful. And the breakfast and restaurant were excellent (we had a fantastic lamb dish for dinner). They have a wonderful outdoor seating area as well.
It is located at the best place. The last hotel before the national park.
They haven’t covered space outside to eat with our dog.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent, great choice of sweet and savoury. It was really clean and has pleasant places to sit outside or indoors
Location, dinner, easy parking and the view from the hotel.
Excellent breakfasts .excellent lunch sandwiches . Good evening meals
Spa use should not be extra charge
Excellent location close to the park if you are there for hiking. Amazing views and a pool. The breakfast looked amazing and the staff were very nice.
I wish breakfast could be included.
Stunningly setting , close to the beautiful town of Torla, restaurant and bar in the hotel.
It would be nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
There was a restaurant with a buffet breakfast and dinner, and the design was unique
Breakfast and dinner were decent at best, and we got two mattresses of the bed instead of a big one
Location is greate
4 stars…:1. The worst pillows I've ever slept on2. The sound insulation is terrible - you can hear how they communicate in the next room3. No slippers or water bottles
Beautiful property. Our Mountain View was lovely. Nice beds. Good pillows.
Surprised by the cost of the breakfast. 55 euro for four.
The sweetest staff ever, very helpful, always smiling. Nice breakfast. Beautiful location, 20 min walk to torla.
Breakfast and dinner excellent. Very helpful and diligent staff. Room came with balcony.
Loved the location! Torla is a very cute little town in the Ordesa valley with gorgeous views and great access to hiking trails. The hotel is well placed slightly out of town but still within walking distance. The pool was nice for a quick dip or just to sit beside in the sun. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed and was comfortable and clean
Nice location with a pool and a view although we never used it
The room smelled so bad of wer dog that I had to sleep in the car. The staff said they were sorry but then smiled when taking my money and thanking me for staying with them lol. Also the shower leaked like crazy. Whoever built it made the shower glass doors sit outside the drain pan by 6 inches so water was just leaking everywhere and when I told the front desk they just said "yes, it leaks a lot, sorry". They didn't offer to discount the room or paybfor our buffer breakfast even they saw me coming out of my car with a pillow and blanket lol.Anyways, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
Great location, lovely terrace
The room needs to be updated, the bathtub was rusty.
