Beautiful views, great location, Torla is a sweet mountain town, great breakfast included, very helpful staff, good parking, nice balcony or terrace.

Lo action was perfect for hiking and walking around town. Room with a lounge and balcony overlooking the mountains was wonderful.staff were wonderful.

The shower allowed only the use of a handheld spray which made it challenging. The room was a bit worn. And-this is picky-coffee was not great.

This is a wonderful traditional hotel in a very small town. Staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms were spacious and supplied with everything you need. The supplied breakfast had a huge variety of food. It is so close to the main street where all the restaurants are located. Parking was available for our vehicle at no extra cost. There is a lift to take you and your luggage upstairs which was a pleasant change to lugging our baggage up multiple flights of stairs.

Great location for visiting the National park. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and the breakfasts were great. Very good value for money.

Included breackfast was welcome with good selection. Easy parking. Fantastic view from balcony. Perfect location for our walking. Appreciated additonal space in bedroom.

I tried to call over ten times, sent an email, sent messages via booking but the hotel never responded - we couldn’t go in the end but despite trying time and time again to speak to someone it was impossible. They still haven’t contacted me. Very very frustrated.

The staff has been welcoming and kind from beginning to end. I highly recommend this hotel!The breakfast was amazing as well! So much food and fresh food.

It can get pretty hot in summer so beware

Good place to explore Ordesa.Basic hotel but everything you need. Good bed, shower and little fridge in your room. Fresh fruit at breakfast.

We missed fresh croissants and French bread. There were pre-packed croissants but there aren’t very nice. There were fresh cakes but we would have preferred more variety in fresh bread.

A family run hotel with a very relaxed atmosphere. The staff are exceptionally kind and helpful. This is my favourite hotel in the Pyrenees. Situated in Torla, the gateway to the Ordesa valley. Superb breakfast.

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel and it far exceeded our expectations. We had a well appointed room which I think had been refurbished and it was modern and tastefully done. This with a balcony with terrific views. All the staff were extremely helpful and we would definitely stay there again. The hotel even provided a garage for the motorcycle parking.

The hotel staff. It is family run, every detail is done by a family member: the furniture, the decor, the breakfast menu. When the mini fridge in the room was not working, they gave us access to store the baby food in the kitchen fridge. When we were late on arrival, somebody stayed at the reception to check us in.
