Variety of activities throughout week, lots of lounge chairs, good options for food and drink at all hours of the day, friendly staff.

Noise from work being done on the property (drilling, sanding machine).

The location of the hotel was perfect with the beach, promenade, shops, bars and restaurants only a 10 minute walk away. Hotel staff were welcoming, friendly and wanting to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Our room and the hotel facilities were immaculately clean. A fabulous pool with plenty of sun beds. We stayed half board and couldn’t fault the food which was hot, plenty of choice and well presented.

It is genuinely difficult to find anything to be critical about.

Great location, can't beat it. Communal areas and pool areas are lovely and well kept. Staff at check in are very friendly. Free car parking.

We stayed in this hotel 7 years ago and noticed a difference in the overall upkeep of the property. They have renovated the pool area, and communal areas are good, but the rooms need a bit of updating. Our bath was cracked and the overall cleanliness of the room wasn't great. We were given an upgrade, they gave us cheese and crackers on the first day, we only ate half of it and by the end of the holiday the plate was still sitting there with old cheese on it (i didn't want to out food in the bin, but I thought they would clear it away). The toilet in our bathroom was directly under the sink, which meant you had to manoeuvre onto it rather than just sit down, it was very awkward! The food in the buffet was just alright in the evenings.

Location is great and hotel in general was ok

First hotel that charges for using of safe. Seafood from buffet does not seem to be fresh (razor shell for example). On the only day with rain, our rooms went out of electricity for good half of the day. Had to go out in the rain. Yet hotel did nothing in the end, no compensation or anything

The pool, room and facilities were nice, the location is great for the beach, port and town

The food really lets it down. We were on an all inclusive package but ended up eating out most days. The main buffet restaurant was dirty, chaotic and unpleasant. It felt like they did their upmost to avoid you ordering a drink or more food and it worked as we left the hotel to eat most days. Very limited on drink options and wouldn’t even throw and ice cream in for all inclusive that wasn’t soft serve or a school dinners style tub of basic flavours.

We were offered a junior suite instead of the couple room we reserved, for free

Facilities are old and need huge renovation. Animation is almost inexistent and absolutely not worth it if you are between 13 and 40 years old. Good is buffet-based in an all-you-can-eat fashion, but it's average quality, certainly not a restaurant where I would spend my money. Beverages are of course not included and very expensive. The resort is almost entirely frequented by seniors and old people who are there to escape from cold areas of the glove and enjoy the eternal summer of Canaria Island.

Location and well maintained, staff are so lovely and friendly, good hotel for families and couples. And a separate vegetarian option area in the dining room.

Nothing, have been twice, 11 years apart, and would return again.

    Great staff but outdated establishment.

Great staff but outdated establishment. Poor food choice. Everymeal in the All inclusive buffet ended up tasting the same.Rooms average, bedding not too comfortable, serious bathroom issues with shower not draining properly during entire stay, pool side food and beverage facilities during daytime was average, long queues in poolside facilities. No sense of intimacy or quality it all just felt like mass produced hospitality. Best thing about the place was the staff.Always responsive and attentive but even that could not salvage the slightly antiquating environment.

    3ElizabethPosted on: 6-10-2024

The gardens and the free guest parking.

Tired decor and rather downmarket, not the kind of place I expected. It’s very family all inclusive deal orientated. There’s a buffet restaurant, but no decent restaurant that you can book. Every night there’s intrusive live music.

    10KarenPosted on: 6-8-2024

Everything except our room above music hall

Room was above music too noisy in our room Toll late.

Great location for the beach and bars. A gorgeous marina area to the left of the hotel along the well paved promenade. We were half board and the evening meal was good with a bistro part that cooked a range of fresh meat and fish to order. You weren't restricted to how many pieces either. Salad bar was good. Breakfast was also great with English and continental options available (including black pudding which is super rare)Room was lovely and we had a nice view of the pool. Beds comfortable with a small fridge provided and bottled water on arrival. The hotel bar provided the best mojito we could find. Off-site the beach sun beds were very reasonable at €4 each.I would definitely stay there again

If I had to pick anything it would be better if the bathroom had a complete closing door. We had an almost full glass swing door. But I'm literally being picky as it did not detract from our stay at all.

    Good food and comfortable room.

Lack of cutlery and plates in restaurant
