BLUESEA Alyssa Suite Hotel

The room was clean and the front terrace was well furnished and sheltered from the wind. I would highly recomend a walk up the volcano overlooking the complex.

Pictures in the apt were terrible. Two single beds pushed together were an accident waiting to happen. The food on the first evening was good but went down hill from there. The pool was freezing and very windy.

Village like feel vs high rise hotel.Nice to have sun loungers on our own patio.Relaxed feel, good to chill out for a few days.

Communal toilets not the cleanest.Could do to open the indoor bar earlier as the only option to get a drink is in the loud pool bar that has the entertainment (which wasn't to our taste).

Clean and well kept grounds with the spaced out nature of the property made for a quiet and relaxing stay.Food and drink on AI was good and the space in the suite was great.Plenty of poolside beds so the area didn't feel over crowded although it might be different at peek times.Adequate street parking for cars and easy access for sightseeing in the car

RoomsThe bed was too firm for our liking and it was a sprung mattress so also noisy.Could do with more surface area in the bathroom for toiletries ie a simple shelf would be a big help.

Nice little units,.liked the look, food was OK. No where near to the beach. The night receptionist was very kind and pleasant and the restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful

We were given a partial sea view room very close to the pool bar and we found it too noisy, on requesting to move, it took a whole day for them to sort it although the resort is huge and was not that full at all. The reception staff in the day called Elmy was very curt and rude, she was not helpful at all. The evening staff was kind and she sorted it all for us and moved us to a really nice room. The beach is quite far off and that was a downer for us as it doesn't seem like that in the photos on the website

One night, the dinner options were quite limited — mostly rabbit, seafood mollusks, and kebab. It was hard for me to enjoy the meal as none of those were to my taste.

Staff were fabulous especially Francesco in the restaurant so friendly, helpful and welcoming. Reception staff helpful, Adrian was great on the egg station and Omar and Ali too on pizza and pasta. Great food and drink selection. Small site so didn’t take ages to get from one part to another. 3 pools. Nice big shower room. Terrace was spacious - had 2 sunbeds and table with chairs. 7 mins to supermarket, 15 to beach and 35 to main strip. Taxi only 6 euros. Nice warm kids pool. Suitable for young families. Accommodation is in 1 or 2 bed suites with balcony or terrace.

Sofa bed was double but flimsy and only suitable for kids really probably up to 12 years. Why the canaries insist on flat sausage pillows I will never understand! Entertainment was basic but most people went out into town.

Hard mattress

We arrived at a late hour when no dinner was served and the staff prepared tapas for us. The hotel was very clean, the food was variable and really tasteful. The staff was kind. We would definately returm

Under the apartman door there is gap, so ants/bugs can easily come in… and of course they do :)Food and again, cleanliness could improve

Location , no shops close to hotel, long walk into playa Blanca , certain cocktails, like mojitos, had to be paid for.

Very nice resort for family vacation, great position and easy to travel around the island by rent a car. The staff is very friendly, all inclusive offer is nice, pools are clean, all together I would recommend.

The staff all happy , the food choices, the pools and gardens and the evening entertainment.

Bit of a walk into Playa Blanca.Bungalow bit tired bathroom door chipboard warped, didn't like wardrobe in lounge

The cleaning staff were excellent and the waiting staff also. The place was lovely and clean.

The food standard was fair but not brilliant.

- No WiFi in the room at all, fake advertising. - Really bad attitude from the reception. - Bugs in the room. Please respond to booking customer service with regard to my complain.
