We had a lot of issues from wrong information given, to mini bar not working and empty, no bathroom amenities and very bad cleaning service. The rooms were also not exactly like in the photos shown. But there was a lot more. We filled an official complain to the tourism department.

Comfortable rooms.Great selection of food.Resort grounds and pool very clean.

Reception staff were not as helpful as expected.

This hotel is great for families with young children , it was very clean and staff were all lovely , only let down was the lunch and dinner. Lacked choice of main dishes .Or maybe they didn't have enough for the guests the time of our stay . However this would not put us off returning , maybe we would just opt for breakfast only next time .The beds were very comfortable and room was lovely- our daughter loved the children's pool.

Lovely hotel, spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. Staff were all very pleasant and we were even given a free upgrade from bed and breakfast to half board on check in, as well as a free late check out. I can't speak on the food as we didn't eat there but appreciated the sentiment. Would stay here again.

The cleanliness. My room was cleaned daily, and items like water, towels, tea and coffee were replenished daily.Overall good stay.

Some parts needed renovations. The food situation was not that great. Limited options for lunch and dinner, and lacked seasoning. Moving around was an issues though, it was hard to get taxis in town. And there is usually a line up,

The friendly staff at the reception and restaurant. The pool area is great. The layout of the accomodation and the very well kept gardens

Far from the airport

The site has an airy feel about it but enough trees and low level buildings to help break up wind. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. It was kept clean and tidy by pleasant staff. There was a good selection of food but not necessarily to our taste.

The communal indoor seating and bar areas have uncomfortable sofas and due to doors being open the areas were chilly and not very welcoming in February. Customer service was not helpful when we had a complaint which cost us £68+ due to their mistakes. The walk back from the town is uphill and could be a bit of a struggle for the elderly and young children.

The interior and exterior of the resort is very nice, rooms are clean.

The bath ropes smelt of cigarettes?, the food was basic not a lot of flavour. They charged me the wrong price for the room so that was a whole fuss. The staff wasn't very helpful in a lot of things.locations is also a bit far from everything. It was okay but I wouldn't stay there again

I got an upgrade so was able to access the adults only section with no children allowed, which made a big difference to me hoping for a relaxing break. Also, it was not only comfortable with a great spa, the staff were friendly & helpful which is what you want in a resort environment.

Nicely laid out. Apartments were spacious and comfortable. Buffet was varied and mainly lovely. Didn’t try other restaurantsI have some gripes to point out to hotel and advise however they did NOT really affect what was a really lovely stay.

Nothing much about. 15 mins to centre is fine but worth noting that not a single shop or bar before that. Food labelling was atrocious. As a vegetarian always hard to find good food in Spain. However the buffet did have a fairly good selection of your careful and not too fussy. All the cheeses were inevitably sliced and displayed in fans with the cold meats. I had to pick out cheese. Many vegetarians sill NOT BE ABLE TO DO THIS. hotel needs to realise non meat options must be SEPARATE. Frequent omissions. The 4 cheese quiche had ham in it. As did the potato tortilla. Despite not labelled. A chef even tried to argue with me whilst I pointed out the pink bits which he then poked at with his bare finger before finally saying oh yes,ham! The restaurant and bar staff were very busy. Tarly did I get offered a drink at dinner because there were so few staff. All trying their best but simply not enough. At times the queue at the bar was 12+ long. Get more staff. Finally the coffee in the room was possibly the worst ever and milk/sugaretc was not replaced daily. Little things that could improve stay vastly

Room was fantastic very big. Bed was comfy and outdoor space is very good. Fantastic resort and definitely would stay again.

Classes were advertised for certain days/times and did not take placeLoungers at adult only pool taken up all day with towels but nobody thereFood at dinner was terrible any night we went inHotel is overpriced and in my opinion nothing premium about it

EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE . ESPECIALLY THE FRIENDLY STAFF .. THE YOUNG GIRL BEHIND THE ADULTS ONLY POOL BAR WAS PARTICULARLY GOOD. I WILL DEFINATELY BE USING THIS HOTEL AGAIN NEXT JANUARY

THE FOOD IS VERY ACCEPTABLE BUT NOT QUITE UP TO WHAT I EXPECTED THE BARS OFTEN HAD JUST ONE STAFF MEMBER ON SO THERE IS LONG QUEUES AT TIMES.

We loved everything, food was delicious every day, a lot of choices, friendly staff, pool area amazing, kids club, and most of all we were amazed by entertainment team! The best!! :)

Friendly reception staff, I was upgraded from half board to full board ,I arrived early to the hotel they checked me in room wasn’t available yet but they have a hospitality room you have access to and could start using the facilities straight away bonus points for that, hotel is very clean and staff around the hotel are friendly and facilities were good, room was large and clean with coffee machine and a mini bar, robes and slippers were provided along with a pillow menu, food is above average premium restaurant does have a premium feel to it and is comfortable received a free voucher for the spa location is around 10-15 mins walk to the promenade daily bus available to and from beach. I enjoyed my stay there from start to finish and will stay at this hotel again when I return to Lanzarote.

lovely suites, very spacious and clean.

Reception staff varied from being very helpful and friendly, to very rude and unhelpful (Javier) my cousin and I were staying sole occupancy in the Premium Suites so spent quite a lot of money for our holiday. Javier was particularly rude and unhelpful and made us reluctant to go to reception to ask for any help during our stay.Housekeeping was hit and miss. Mini bar was not replenished at all apart from water.

Reception staff are welcoming, courteous & helpful. The upgrade to full board was a nice surprise. Food is very good with a wide variety & plenty fruit & veg. My room was spacious & clean with a daily bottle of water, meaning that I didn't have to carry one up from town. Pool area is very nice & the entertainment (aquafit, cheese & wine tasting, margaritas) etc were all an unexpected plus.Location is a bit out of town but the lovely walk is worth it (especially after all the lovely food)!

Unfortunately, there is a water treatment plant next to the back of the complex &, wind-dependent, the smell is awful. This just meant that I couldn't sit out on the lovely terrace for the few days of my visit, which was a shame as my location within the complex was really nice.

Beautiful pool area, heated baby pool. Food was great in the buffet restaurant (considering that it's buffet).

Bungalow cold and humid in January, there was even mold around one window. Hygiene could be better, e.g. the baby chairs in the restaurant were always dirty, never cleaned. Walking to the main street of Playa Blanca is 15 min, there was nothing around the hotel for a short walk- but there were free shuttles organised by the hotel.
