In the bathroom there was a glass door. It would be better if they installed a wood door.

- OUTSIDE FACILITIES: nice outside facilities (4-5 pools, one heated for kids), much more enjoyable in the summer than in winter for obvious reasons. There is no outside playground, the one visible in pictures works only with water games.- STAFF: staff generally ok, they put up entertaining activities at night. They were all nice and we did not have issues with language.- LOCATION: convenient location to reach Playa Blanca in 10-15 mins walk. If no need to explore Lanzarote you can potentially avoid renting a car and reach the beach on foot.- GENERAL IMPRESSION: overall, we cannot say we had an unpleasant stay but there were a few things we did not expect booking a 4-star hotel, mainly related to attention to details. I'd say it is not the right choice for winter break, maybe more enjoyable in the summer.

- ROOMS: small and inconvenient; we had a triple room (couple + 3 yrs old) and our daughter was supposed to sleep in a sofa bed which, if opened, stood in front of bathroom sink; shower and toilette scattered across the room, and room generally very small. Heaters in the room were not working (?!) and we had to ask for blankets, we were told the hotel was running short of blankets (?!?!), and we had them delivered after 2 days; it is not nice to be cold in your own room.- SPA: accessible only for 4+ yrs old and operated by third party (17 EUR for 90 mins). No inside pool - this was the main reason we booked this hotel, and it turned out the one in the pictures was inside the Spa so not accessible. I came back to hotel description and I was not able to find clear info about it, they talk about "Spa" and "Wellness centre", they put pictures into main description but these details are not thoroughly disclosed and thus, it is quite disappointing once you get there and find out.- RESTAURANTS: Two restaurants (1 buffet, 1 a-la-carte), the latter has same layout, personnel and food of the buffet one, with a very touristic menu. So as a matter of fact you only have the buffet one which serves average food, providing more quantity than quality.

Only outside! It looks nice!

Room is like a big bathroom! I felt like I am sleeping in the bathroom! It smells horribly , toilet smell and no wonder, on the side of the bad if you think it’s a cupboard -well it’s not , it is a toilet . Then, , shower is next to it in a another ‘cupboard’ ! The door of the toilet and shower is shorter and smell is coming to your nose while sleeping! Sink is next to the ‘cupboards’!When you arrive you do online check-in at the reception ! They just tell you to go to huge screens and do it yiurself! Just when you thought you come here to enjoy , you need to do the job of people at the reception! This is not a 4 star , it’s 1 start hotel! HORRIBLE! HORROR! The rooms don’t have balconies, it’s a long balcony everyone can pass by and see me naked while the door is open due to the unbelievable smell from the toilet! Food - 0 rating! Funny way of eating points you get when you do half-board! I paid but had to eat outside! DO NOT GO THERE! DO NOT IGNORE MY COMMENTS!

Everything but the Breakfast coffee

I think the quality of the coffee over the venue, breakfast, bar and pool bar, could be improved, not even smelling like coffee

Nice and stylish room. Very comfortable beds. The outside area looks stunning. The breakfast is out of this world… so good!!

No kettle in the room, which I’d think is a basic requirement. The bathroom is basically in the room so I don’t think it would be the best option for a new couple, who are only getting to know each other, as the toilet is literally opposite the bed, no way to lock it either - but that’s a personal preference I guess

Breakfast was great, location also very handy to resort.. It was a good idea to offer "credits" at the bar for not having our towels changed/room cleaned every day of our stay..

We would have liked a physical welcome pack with details of facilities, entertainment etc, and where our room was, didn't always get great wifi connection as we were a bit further from reception..

Perfect location close to the beach. Very comfortable beds. Wide selection for breakfast. Perfect for staying with kids.

stayed at Mynd Yaiza solo for both business and leisure and had a great experience. The facilities were excellent, and the atmosphere was welcoming throughout. The staff were especially friendly—Enzo and the rest of the waiting staff stood out for their attentiveness and warmth. I really enjoyed the buffet, which had a nice variety, and the pools were clean and relaxing. Overall, a lovely stay—I’d definitely come back.

Breakfast v good....Half board system very flexible one could use the euro 27 during the day lunch/drinks or use it for the buffet evening meal which was quite good...it meant one could have evening meal in town some nights Very well heated pool and ample beds around it

Nothing really...bit of a walk into centre of resort

Beautiful and simple design, lots of space, 2 pool areas , one for families, one for relax, great breakfast , lovely guests, families with well behaved kids! Room with my pool!

The coffee at breakfast!

Good selection of food- good quality and freshly prepared. Lovely hotel/apartment feel. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff . All areas well maintained and equipped.

I liked the food, the bed, and some of the reception staff on arrival.

Some of the waiters at dinner & lunch were not nice. Our room was connected to another room and we could hear everything. The worst thing was the walking distance from the room to reception- it would take us at least 7-10 minutes whenever we leave the room as there was no short cut to get downstairs. This was really frustrating as we had to do it multiple times a day.

Location was great, less than 10 minutes from the beach, plenty of parking. Staff was kind all the time. Facilities were great although we didn't use the pools since they were really cold. The room was big and spacious, however we found it to be dirty on the first day and the other days also quite a bit. Amenities in the room were also absent, no coffee machine, tea, toilet scrub, tissues, slippers, usual hotel things. Shout out to Silvia who was very entertaining for our daughter at the minidisco and has left her with an amazing memory of dancing every night before going to bed!

Wow amazing time. The staff was so friendly and accomadating. Our dog loved the stay. We recommend getting a room with a patio such a great value and also the pool was gorgeous. The food was a bit repetitive but was overall a good experience. Staff was top and made us very welcome

This hotel is fabulous, we loved it. We had four nights here The hotel is in a great location with easy access to MRT's and the hop on bus stops just outside on orchard Road There are plenty of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful The room itself was great, we were very impressed by the way you could move the bed back to make extra space, we found there to be plenty of room even though we had a large suitcase eachThe bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were lovely and soft The shower was very efficient, room safe and everything you needed was there, if we return to Singapore we will definitely stay here again

There was nothing not to like

Great location. Everything you needed and more if you asked. Staff were fab and hard working. Lovely breakfast. Property was spotless. They even had some entertainment.

Sustainability, cleanliness & location.

The hotel was spotless and the staff friendly and helpful, the hotel has a heated pool which is great this time of year. The beach and town are a short but pleasant walk of about 10 mins. The buffet breakfast was also plentiful and of good quality.The separate areas for families and couples is a great idea, with loads for the kids and quite for the couples. Would recommend if asked.

The bathroom arrangement in our room is very strange, the toilet has opec glass door with gaps around it. I’ve been married for 40 years, there are somethings I would rather not see or hear or be heard.Like a lot of hotels you get the towel on sun bed situation, the towels are on the beds at 8.00 but no people till lunchtime, it would be nice if a lifeguard threw the towels off after an hour or two, but I suppose selfish people will be just that.This didn’t spoil our holiday and would recommend the hotel if asked.

Breakfast was a scrum down if you went at peak times. Options on offer were extensive but still missed some obvious choices such as sausages, baked beans. OJ was hit or miss re quality. Bacon was not real bacon.
