Really nice rooms with a fantastic choice of pillows, great buffet, pool and sea view.

Lovely clean hotel, with lovely pool. Quiet area right on sea front, with a short walk to the marina and shops. Food fine, all a bit the same, and very strict no food after check out time on day of departure.

The location and sea view room was great. Staff attentive and very helpful

Dining room a little cramped. Nice breakfast. Average lunch and dinner options

We got the sea view room which was really stunning and spa was nice too the staff in the restaurant is very nice and loads of parking available

Everything! The rooms were airy and clean. The staff were always so friendly and helpful, even after they were finished a shift. The food had a lot of variety and was very tasty. I really appreciate how the restaurant worked efficiently to provide for so many guests! Finally, the pool side was relaxed and the staff kept up a fun yet serene atmosphere. 5 stars. Would definitely come again!

The bath tubs in the bathroom. It feels quite dated having them instead of a walk in shower.

Clean and well laid out

Booked a family suite. These are apartments be under no illusion it’s a hotel room and you are in another area across the road.

Receptionists were very polite and courteous and the Spa staff were similar

The restaurant staff on Xmas morning were very rude and disrespectful especially the restaurant manager. Then on New Years even I was locked of my room without prior warning. When I spoke to the assistant Manager Majo she was not at all helpful.

Breakfast was good, wide choice available. The location was good, quiet but near enough to the marina.

Not much, overall a lovely hotel in a nice location. It is quiet but very pleasant. Better lighting in the dining room at night would have made it feel less like a big cafeteria.

Stunning location, few min walk from the beautiful sandy beach, marina full of restaurants and coffee shops, grocery stores and shopping centres. Excellent choice of the food, water stations located in various places in the hotel are very handy. You can refill your bottle as many times as you need. Great idea so no need to buy and drag bottles of water to your room from the grocery shop. Very polite and helpful staff. SPA was great and swimming pools outside were clean. Planty of sunbeds and very well maintained area around the pools. Every day entertainment great for kids and adults. Evening shows were good if someone likes this type of stuff won’t be board as there is always something for the guests. During our stay we had cheese and vine degustation, piano concert in main lobby, magician show, excellent Spanish singer concert. Fabulous food was served for Christmas dinner just the logistics around this event could be improved. Massive queue to get slice of turkey where chefs were clearly under pressure and were trying their best. the volume of people were unmanageable for the coordinators of the event.

Junior suite room was spacious and had amazing sea view ,but deep clean was done long time ago. you could clearly see the floor wasn’t moped. Stains on the walls and the smell in the bathroom was very unpleasant all the time. Bathroom in general was spacious, unfortunately the design of the shower was leaving whole bathroom floor flooded after each use. Coffee pods not replaced and after 3rd day of no replacement I was told by cleaning lady I have to go to reception and ask for replacement as the cleaning staff is not doing it. We weren’t told about it on the day of the arrival. We didn’t bother and got the instant coffee in nearest grocery shop. SPA had additional fee 20e per head or 10e per head if you were having one of the treatments that’s day. With all inclusive package is very disappointing during winter months especially where outdoor pool is not heated. Bed and pillows were comfortable but covers were away too old. On the arrival (22:00)there was no chance to get even fruit only one vending machine in the lobby (coins only). With all inclusive package would be nice to get the croissant or fruit. Little touches are important and lack of them might decide about the overall rate for the hotel.

Great room with pool view. Food choices are excellent. Great location walking distance to all amenities . Fabulous spa definitely worth booking.

From the moment we arrived on Dec 20 staff greeted us with warm friendly welcome # welcome drink they couldn't do enough for us nothing was never a issue beautiful hotel, Amazing views great food choices our room 569 was fabulous balcony with two sun loungers,two chairs table we got the sun all day so often sunbath on it???spa definitely worth a visit also we had great couples massage on Xmas eve?? the walk to the marina is about 10 mins also a fab market there # sat and weds get some bargains also beautiful restaurants,playa balnca is another 15 mins walk on down with lots shops bars , restaurants, supermarket Christmas day gala was fab so.much effort from all the staff very chilled place just to switch off and relax not a place if you want to party

This is not what I didn't like it's just a few points,gym to.open earlier also have more selection of non- alcoholic drinks the jet seat area in the pool wasn't working

Awful awful food.Anything that needed cooking tasted digesting. No skill or flavour and all food was either in oil or horrible sauce or over cooked and bland. Very hungry every evening.Breakfast was fine.No nice sausages though.Croissant tasted old the list can go on and on.

The staff were excellent, entertainment in hotel was very good and food was just super.

The apartment we were in never got any sun on the balcony but it was winter time

Bed was comfortable and great views out to the sea.

Breakfast was good but dinner was average. Quite slow in replenishing some of the dishes.

We asked for a specific room in the annexe and were delighted to be given it The hot water system has been updated since we were there. Also the decor and soft furnishings are more modern

The quality of the food was not as good as on previous visits. We had dinner on 2 nights

The hotel was beautiful , staff were friendly & hardworking.

Hot food was not very hot & not very appealing , especially to British taste.Pools were very cold.

The hotel itself has adequate and very pleasant facilities. Staff are polite and friendly. The Superior sea view rooms are clean and spacious.

The food in the restaurant is standard at best. A fair selection of breakfast items but not much variety for dinner and as it's buffet styIe, the food clearly remains under lights for way too long. I was utterly disappointed at our second evening's dinner when I had fish which was definitely 'off' as indicated by the awful smell and taste. Needless to say I did not consume it and for that reason neither my husband nor I ate there for the rest of the week. The choice of food available at the pool bar at lunch is appallingly limited. Just 4 coffee pods in the room and refused more from the 3rd day. Fortunately we were able to use the 'Premium lounge' between 11am and 6pm to obtain a coffee and refreshments. A shame there was only pastries available and no fruit or healthy snacks.Our biggest disappointment was that I had requested sun loungers on the balcony of our premium sea view room (as we had on a previous visit) and although knowing only the few sea facing end rooms of the hotel had sun loungers, we were informed in advance that in recognition of this being a celebratory trip for my husband's 60th birthday they would do their best to accommodate our request in a front sea facing room. This did not happen and we were allocated in the very end room with only half sea view. The door did not lock and the phone did not work to notify reception and as it was midnight and we were tired we did not want to trek down to reception so managed to secure the door with my husband's walking sticks! Needless to say we didn't sleep well. We were moved one room along, the next day but still not the best sea view room with sun loungers, despite my request for this weeks in advance. I booked a full body massage treatment at The Spa and surprised to note that staff do not provide a health questionnaire to complete, so with the language barrier with the spa staff it was difficult to convey necessary information prior to treatment. Not good!

Beautiful hotel, very friendly staff. Had half board and both breakfast and dinner were great with lots of choice.Nice swimming pools. Amazing spa. Great location. Had a rental car and always found a space.

Had a very bad smell in the bathroom during the night and stay during the morning.
