Most of it, problem solving very fast

Shop attached to hotel, very expensive with far too many rules and shop staff attitudes.

Generally nice for families but definitely need upgrading around pool area and slides.

Evening entertainment not great

Maids came into room at 08:15 in mornings without knocking, we were still sleeping each time. Then again at 09:15. There was no do not disturb sign available to use

The layout, the waterpark, the food/drinks & the staff.

Beds are rock hard! Pools are freezing cold. We was unlucky with the weather with wind so the pool being cold just made it even more unbearable.

Waterpark and activities during the day were excellent. Paulina from the Animation team was outstanding as well as Lucia. Snack bar during the day was great for kids and all day coffee machine was great if you were cold coming out if the water

Bedrooms are a little tired. Linen not the cleanest and no hand soap in a lot of the toilets around the hotel. Crockery in the restaurant, at times, needed to be checked for cleanliness.

Food was plentiful & delicious

I booked 4 adults & 3 children. When we arrived at the hotel, they only gad 4 adults in the two rooms. As 2 of huge. Children were 6 & 9. They were free. We had to pay for an extra child. I was disappointed with the communication from booking. Com

Beautiful hotel - very welcoming. Mattress was very uncomfortable - once alerted they changed it immediately. Rooms are lovely and spacious food was very good, great quality and variety.

Apartments need to be updated.Cleaning standards are poor

Needed updates dirty around the windows and on the windows not cleaned properly

Entertainment wasn’t very good not much happening for the children everything closed at 23.00 I paid £41 for Internet that didn’t work well and kept cutting off staff were rude

The food was great. Good quality, hot, fresh, different everyday. Good choice of food. Water park was good fun

Rooms were not very clean, beds very uncomfortable, kids sofa beds were even worse. Entertainment was not great. Pools very cold at this time of year

Dino park, good variety of food, quiet area, free bus to the beach, water slides for adults are great

I liked the room and the terrace and the view. Nice and spacious and handy fridge and microwave.

No English TV. Dirty clogged sink. Uncomfortable beds. Terrible food, ignorant receptionists.

Location good not too far out of the main centre. Staff friendly and help ful. Water park and pools where kept clean.

Rooms not the cleanest. Towels are not changed daily. Food for all inclusive the exact same every day. Hotel quite run down in parts. Cot for infant kept out in the living space which limited use of tv etc.

The kids slides were great, also the food was mostly ok.

The room, was quite dirty. Shower was full of limescale. Little tiny crawling bugs in the bathroom all the time. Beds uncomfortable, especially sofa bed, was so so hard to sleep on.

Food poisoning all way through the stay various guests left early had no other option but to stay

The water park

It was filthy, the all-inclusive wasn't the best especially the drinks...whilst we was there they was a bad sickness bug which 6 out of 7 of us got it was awful. The hotel isn't clean at all...the cleaner litrally moped a spill up on the patio and left the rest of floor! Had to ask for clean towels and bedding to be changed. The cleaner was lovley so always seemed rushed of her feet and was only aloud to spend 5mins in the apartment. The location was good only 20min walk to playa dorada or playa flamingo..I love playa blanca but wouldn't stay in this hotel again very over priced for what you get.

I loved the location and the apartment itself was spacious has a nice walk in shower and has everything you need, the apartment was clean, all the staff were lovely and courteous. my kettle didn’t work, but this was replaced upon informing reception. pool bar was close to apartment, great food at the restaurant.
