Great location, and really friendly staff

The afternoon lady was a bit weird. She turned down most of our requests. Politely tough, but still wasnt to co-operative. We had to pay deposit for the room which is unusual. Also paying deposit for remote control is somewhat unheard for us.

Staff and comfortable beds were great

Slightly out of town and lack of wardrobe space in our apartment, not all apartment's were the same.

4 adults, 2 kids, 2 apartments, it was incredible rooms comfy and clean, rooms cleaned everyday except Thursday and SundayPool bar was great, food was fab, cocktails were amazing and the pool side games were good craic Pools and slides were spotless, plenty of bedsLittle shop had everything you needed and really good value but Aldi only an easy 10 minute walkLocation was perfect easy walk to playa blanca town center and the papagayo centre and the bus station is a straight walk about 20 minutes

The family vibe was pretty good , lots of pools and slides for kids, nice bar and staff brilliant.

The towels were horrendous and there was 3 of us, on cleaning they replaced 3 hand towels & 3 bath towels and left only 2 bath towels, I managed to get 1 hand towel off her. They also was very thread bare and didn’t smell great. Need microwaveable dish in apartment and better self catering equipment. Just not enough essential equipment.

Great location, lovely pools and helpful staff

We had a lovely stay at Cay Beach Sun. The staff were great, very friendly and accommodating. Especially Andreas on Reception, Pica (evening entertainment/kids club) and all the breakfast staff. 2 heated pools, great for kids and plenty of entertainment with the arcade and playground too. We stayed off season so I would imagine more going on later in the year. Good location, About 10 min walk to main strip, small supermarket on site and Aldi under 10 min walk away. The only feedback is rooms would benefit from a high inside door lock. Our 3 year old was able to open the door herself which made us nervous with pool nearby and stairs.

Location was excellent and the outdoor space was really good.

Pool towels could have been provided without a deposit.

It was a lovely resort but didn't cater very well for the non inclusive . It was disappointing that small things such as asking to pay for a coffee were frowned upon.

The pools and food and location is brilliant

The entertainment at xmas wasn't great and hadn't much on . Cold pool and our shower kept blocking and over spiling half way through showers

Only booked as our flight was canceled late in the evening. Got to the hotel the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Had to leave early the next morning so had a quick walk around. The complex is beautifully kept with plenty to do with the kids. I will definitely be booking a holiday here in the near future.

Didn't see anything in my short stay that I didn't like.

Great room with kitchen and balcony overlooking the pools. Nice pools. They have breakfast available. About 15 min walk to the beach and shops. They have a little grocery store on site with some fresh baked goods.

Pools a bit too cold for me. It would be nice to have a restaurant for dinner. Snack bar food just ok and closes early.

We had an amazing holiday here.The staff, accommodation and pool facilities were all fabulous. We didn't eat on site as we wanted to venture out for meals.The staff were extremely welcoming and very helpful, we will definitely return, hopefully next year. Such a warm and friendly atmosphere, Thank you Caybeach Sun we didn't want to leave.See you again soon.

Breakfast is perfect. Cleaning ladys do very good job. Location is 10min from Dorada beach.

Everything is an additional charge (tv, ac, additional key..).Avoid the 104 apartment. It has issues with flooding in the bathroom after every shower. Also the elevator is too loud in the sleeping room.

Great location, very close to the beach and grocery shops. All the staff that we met were superb, there was a lovely gentleman that worked in the breakfast and was out in the bar during happy hour, he always had a happy face and was great to talk, it certainly brought a nice atmosphere to the place.

We were hoping for a room with doublleastbut we got 2 single beds attached.

Staff were so helpful and friendly. Accomodation was clean and cot provided had a mattress. Good shop on site. Breakfast was very varied and tasty.

Lack of toiletries and other facilities in the room. The rooms are not cleaned daily.

Such a lovely place. very clean and has everything you need. Great location. Excellent value for money. Pools are spotless and the slides are great.

The pool has a strict no reserving sunbeds policy, however unfortunately this is not adhered to and as usual the morons were out at 7am with there towels some not returning until after lunch. The policy is a good idea but it is no good if not followed up on. Apartments could do with a brush and a shovel. we smashed a glass but couldn't brush up which was dangerous. However all in all the place was still great and we would most definitely return.
