Fantastic location 10 mins walk from the beach. Beautiful resort with good facilities. Friendly staff. Great holiday for families.

A sun longer or more comfortable chair on the balcony would be good. The gym could have a wider range of cardio equipment.

Very friendly staff, accommodating us well after arriving wet and shivering from a sudden storm. The hotel complex is spacious and offers lot of things to do, e.g. a well equipped gym and a supermarket.

No observations from our side, all good.

Beautiful village setting. Collection of small accomodations. Some of the accommodation furnishings old but all very clean. Domestic cleaning available 3 times during our stay. All cars parked outside the holiday cottages so it was very quiet & safe no traffic within compound

Local bar could be very noisy and full of children. Food in restaurant not good selection for vegetarians. At night have to taxi home as walk isolated and bit of a distance. Taxi not expensive

The staff is really nice.Daily cleanup and rubbish collection were provided.The room was big with two terraces.The room door is opened with a key, but a card is needed to enable electricity.The swimming pool was nice, and the common areas were clean and well-maintained.The beds were comfy and the WiFi was reliable. The TVs worked.There was plenty of free parking at the property.The location is great, but it requires a 20-minute walk to the town. A car is recommended if mobility is reduced.

The bathroom has no exhaust fan, causing water to accumulate around the bath and leaving a black edge. The AC was not available during the winter.The sofa was okay, but the fake leather made it a bit sticky.The entertainment options and site are primarily focused on a French audience.Big pool was under maintenance.

We had a pool view room, over an adult only pool which was a pleasant surprise. Self catering room had all that we needed. Beds were comfy but quite squeaky springs, and that was just rolling over........ Not talking naughty businessThe staff were all very friendly and helpful. The complex has a lot of trees and plants and beautifully kept grounds. Plenty of space. The pools were very clean and plenty of them. The larger pool was closed for refurbishment, but I can see that it would be good for families.We didn't eat here as we like to eat out in different restaurants so we walked to the beach front bars and restaurants every day. A good half an hour walk but very easy. The hotel offers a bus service which looked regular but we never used it. .The only thing I noticed was that the signage was lacking so on the first day we struggled to find where we needed to go as a large complex, but other than that no complaints at allWe really enjoyed our stay and would recommend.and come back here again

OK location if you don't mind doing a lot of walking. Tried the dinner buffet twice, a little bit of everything but standard was mediocre. Perfect for families with kids.

The location is perfect, close to the beach. Hotel complex is huge with lots of heated and clean swimming pools and activities

Spacious rooms, balcony, plenty of pools, on-site shop reasonably priced, good selection of food at breakfast and dinner. Could see several team members in the tropical buffet engaging with guests and enjoying their work

Check in staff were functional but no real engagement. As a hotelier would have expected them to try and upsell me to half board or all inclusive. Dinner food quality on Friday wasn’t great. It’s a bit of a walk for the beach (15-20 mins) but they do have a free shuttle, we just didn’t make it in time during our stay. About 25min walk to Playa Blanca bus station

Nice location and hotel garden. I made surprise holiday for my mum and I am glad I stayed in this hotel. If anything goes wrong, then it can be quickly resolved. Tasty and fresh food.

Reasonably equipped apartments, but don't expect wonders of luxury. Some of the features have a so 90's feeling. The staff at the reception and the restaurants were very polite and helpful. The buffet variety was great and the restaurant was spacious enough (for the low season). The small heated pools were also pleasant. Borrowing out sports equipment allows you to try (table) tennis and all sorts of ball sports.

The kids animation was non existing. Imagine 5 guys form the team playing darts among themselves, not really interested to involve the bystanders. Kids club was also closed during opening hours.

There are plenty of small pools and plenty of sunbeds nearby. Nice to walk around.

The main big pool was closed during our stay as it was being renovated. If I knew, I would book somewhere else. People need to be shown on the map where their apartment is as they have double numbers.

Pools are beautiful.

Only buffet was available for people who didn’t opted for the all inclusive, even if you want to pay in the moment. And the quality of the buffet is like a school’s food.Also it is far away from the beach, this means you need to take a taxi every time you want to go out.And I have been overcharged without a specific reason.The apartment was smelling of bleach, especially the bedroom, this was surely not pleasant.

Pools are clean and heated (“tropical” block water was around 24-25 in begining of the March), pool areas are well covered from wind as they are situated between blocks. Green areas and parks also clean and well maintained, there is a splash zone with some tubes for kids however the water is cold there. There is also bigger pool with water slides under maintence now (we were aware of that) and adults only pool. Every evening there is a show or something, in a large hall with roof and bar. We did not take AI so could not rate the dinner and drinks but the breakfast was good with large varieties of food, there was a cook making pancakes and omelettes by order. Huge parking area , always able to find a spot.

The room was located on a non “sunny side” and heater in the room was non-effective, room temperature after all was on a cold/warm border , what was tolerable but would prefer a warmer room on a cold march evening.Rooms might need some “home”&“cozy” items other than just plain white walls, rooms might want some refreshment as well. Parking spaces are very narrow , if you drive something bigger than Fiat 500 you are forced to take 2 spots in order no to scratch other cars with your doors and not to get scractched by the others.
