The poils were wonderful. One was heated and the other a bit colder. The view was sublime from the pool side. The choices for the breakfast were really vast with salty and sugary options. Fresh juices were available and really good. The common areas were very clean. When entering the hotel, there was a soft and delicious clean smell which was really pleasant. Our room was really spacious. We received a bottle of champagne upon arrival, water bottles and apples.

The food of the bar. Fries were overcooked. The clib sandwich lacked a bit of taste. There could be more shows and other activities offer, which lacked a bit.

I really enjoyed my stay here from multiple points of view: location, staff, facilities, etc. It happened to be my birthday while I stayed here and they made my day even better. If I'll return to Lanzarote, I'd book it again.

I loved the views, the size of the room, the pool and the staff. The variaty of things in the breakfast was good as well.

The room had little ants constantly and somethings in the breakfast were improvable, f.e. the pastries were just ok. I would spected something better from a hotel of this category. Overal just little details to improve.

I liked the all inclusive. Food was adequate

Breakfast was super nice, very nice and polite employees! Service and help at front desk as well ,, super nice ! We had a great 14 day stay, and would like to take the same trip again.??H

The Minigolf was free, but the quality of the tracks should been nicer ,,,,, but ok.

The TV in the room was quite small.

Beautifully designed. Every area is so relaxing and comfortable. Good options every day for breakfast and dinner. Pool area was very spacious with lots of seats. Every member of staff were so kind and friendly

Breakfast. Wide choice, quality not very good. Service struggled to keep up with demand.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good overall but bacon and sausages were poor quality. Beds were very comfortable, rooms were very quiet, location was quiet. Immediate access to the coastal pathway... Flamingo beach a nice 15 minute stroll, Playa Blanca longer 50 minute walk. A few excellent restaurants a couple of hundred yards away - thoroughly recommend Luna Rossa for both food and service; food at Sebastyans was great, service was unfriendly and poor. Also a great little volcano opposite the hotel that you can walk up - saves spending 70 EUR on a tour with the hoards and much better photos!

Had cockroaches in the room which seems odd as there should be ongoing pest control? Bit of a struggle to get sunbeds sometimes, too many people leaving towels out when not in use despite the hotel asking people not to - but clearly not enforced which was annoying (~30-40% of beds left like this at any time!).Annoyed by hotel recommendation to use a "shuttle bus" - it was nothing like a shuttle bus, just a coach that ran around hotels on their own timetable... from the airport we sat on the coach waiting an hour before it even left, coming back we were told it would pick us up more than 4 hours before our flight for a 30 minute drive which was ridiculous... we paid for a taxi instead.

Fabulous location right on the water front. The hotel is very grand and spacious. We stayed in a lovely room with a balcony overlooking the pool with sea view. Food was nice buffet style with lots of variety. Smoothies at breakfast were lovely. There’s a small supermarket opposite the hotel if you want to have an evening drink on the balcony. Hair dryer and shower gel/shampoo provided in bathroom. Beach towels also provided.

Sun loungers were a bit uncomfortable and make a terrible noise when being moved. We loved the hotel but it definitely caters for the older clientele and is very quiet. We were always last in the lobby bar at 11pm ish (party of 3: age 75, 48, 32)!

The staff are amazing especially Maite, Katriona and Andreu, so helpful, efficient and friendly. The complex is fantastic, just relaxing by the pool, looking out at the sea makes you feel good to be alive and appreciate that we can share in this wonderful part of the world even if it's only for 1 week every year

That we only can spend 1 week per year here in this wonderful hotelPerhaps a few more chairs at the pool would be great, as sometimes it's nice to sit up straight reading rather than lying down..

Amazing staff, so kind and helpful. Close to the beach/beautiful coastal walk. Breakfast was good, plenty of chairs to sit around the pool.. :)

It was a little outdated but was lovely nonetheless!!

The sea view rooms are well located and have a very nice balcony. Food was good especially for a vegetarian with a good choice such as pepper stroganoff, chilli, curry and quinoa. Lovely theatre with a good range of acts on.

Searching for tables at dinner especially, would be nice to be shown to a table.

Good location away from the centre; very clean; good facilities; quiet; comfortable & excellent staff.

Our room was upgraded for free, which was an absolute delight ? Fantastic views from a balcony terrace and 2 bottles of champagne upon our arrival and when we left was a treat. Good tasting food in the restaurant.
