It's a nice place and makes it a great holiday.

There was a obsessive kitchen manager who reprimanded one of the staff for not filling up a cereal container at 9.45am as breakfast was closing. The manager was disrespectful and patronized the staff in view of everyone. They were then having an argument about cereal. The manager was very obsessive and wasn't creating a positive environment to work in.

Liked proximity to front staff were friendly, beds were uncomfortable minimal cleaning done kitchen cupboards and front of fridge not clean also bed linen very old food not very nice

Nice hotel. Rooms a little bit outdated. But other than that everything was great. Good food, drinks ok, staff fantastic so welcoming. We had a great few days there

Good location with free parking.

The mattress was very uncomfortable. The food was more or less always the same , and after a couple of days it get boring.

Great location, very peaceful, helpful friendly staff, well maintained and clean, water park excellent.

Staff were extremely nice, my little boy loved the kids club especially Ivana, daily pool activities & of course the mini disco with the awesome Sara. Also loved the heated pool it was a god send especially travelling in February. Would definitely return

Interconnecting rooms you can next door coughing.Food was very basic, didn't really cater to kids, no plain pasta, no chicken Nuggets.

We enjoyed our stay very much, and will definitely be back soon. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the location was perfect, close to the beach and near to shops, bars and restaurants. The rooms were of a good size, simple but comfortable. There was a heated pool that we used constantly, even when the weather was not great. A big thank you to the entertainment team, they were amazing. My son enjoyed the Kids Club, the disco show and there was also a different show for all the family every night. Can't wait to come back, we loved every minute of our stay.

Bacon was rubbish but I like the pancakes and boiled eggs, scrambled eggs needs more salt and I’d have loved if they had weetabix, apart from that it was great

The hotel was lovely. In particular the bungalows, which were spacious, comfortable and well equipped with free use of the safe. Food and drinks were lovely.

The tiles around the pool were a little slippery and on our first day I slipped and broke my wrist. I reported this to reception the next day and all they did were take my room number. No forms to complete or ask if I needed any assistance.

One of the better all-inclusive resorts we have stayed in in terms of the food provided. We were there for 5 days and enjoyed the variety for lunch and dinner (didn’t have breakfast).

Large property but was very peaceful by the pool and no issues getting tables in the dining area with large selection of food

The separate bungalows, the style of the restaurant and decor.

The settee in bungalow was warn and decor in the bungalows was a little dated.

Nothing , the photos were very misleading , it doesn’t look that , everything that looked nice was extra money.

It was a construction site , large pool closed and constantly grinding the floor of the pool Kango hammer chisel all day at the entrance for major building works All noise was power tools all day .We were not warned that the resort would be full of young children A discount or refund should have been offered. We should have been warned that pools were closed and building work was going on !

Building works , wasn’t informed , food was nice but cold never very hot , not long enough times for much and dinner and breakfast starts too late , noisy from building works , entertainment not great
